1) smokey m1 cos i can upgrade that now OR (m not dat good at this gun though)

2) isida m1 which i can upgrade AFTER my Current rank OR (haven't used it AT ALL)

3) wait for warant officer3 to upgrade railgun m1 (which is my current fav)

What tank should i use with smoky? hornet or hunter ? (m1)

Between Hornet and Hunter M1 I would prefer Hunter. But honestly Smoky works with pretty much any hull. But for M1 I suggest Viking or Titan

 

And what paint is good at WO ranks?

Storm x100. Cheap and good.

I suggest you get Smoky M1 and use it until Warrant Officer 3. Smoky M1 isn't that good of a M1 and M2 locks late. But M1 Smoky is a great starter M1 and it's cheap too. At Warrant Officer 3 you can get Rail M1. Very good upgrade from M0 and it's OP too, since a lot of M0 Hornets are still present if you play with lower ranks. I also suggest you get a paint. Even Forester works, but you could always get something like Storm.

Maybe a new paint first. You have Mars but another paint before you buy another turret is my suggestion. But between the three you mentioned: Isida is cheap and solid choice. Twins and Rico are both good but the only diff is, Twins you can buy now; Rico in two ranks.

130K currently and have Emerald Prodigi Nano. Was going to get M3 Vik but I may get M3 Vulcan. My only problem is, I have no Fire paint. Zeus typically the main pair with Vulcan (50% without any MU), but that's at gismo. Any suggestion for a Fire paint?

Done, so I have a plan for m2 mammoth and m3 hornet on the sales (Iron days) all inclusive, I will earn about 173k, considering my current 27k+20k rank+ 3k/day = 173000

Mammoth M2 isn't very good at your rank without a isida by your side at all times. I.would say eather get Viking m3 or start saving for railgun M2

Rico is.much better then isida at m0. I pair it with Viking and a few drugs and three shot hornets and five shot Vikings. Get Rico
