guys i have only m1 viking(198 health) as my hull.my turrets are vulcan freeze fire smoky m1 and thunder m0(half mued).i have only basix paints.do u guys think i should buy storm at full price for vulcan viking which is my main combo. also how long can this last me maximum

I've heard that storm is a great m1 paint (and it would be good for you cause you use Vulcan) so I would suggest storm and then for those pesky railguns get tundra when you rank up. Oh btw storm and tundra should last until approximately major (I think cause tundra can be MUed to 45% railgun and 15% smoky) also then maybe aim for the firewall kit? (Sense firebird is basically a much stronger freeze) or M2. Viking and M2 Vulcan then maybe a late M2 kit such as atlas or Northerner or a early M3 kit like medic

I need a paint to use alongside legendary Lumberjack.

 

Options:

 

Raccoon --> 210k

Rock --> 210k

Nano --> 231k

 

I mostly play Hill, Farm, Iran, Island, Noise, Ping Pong, Sandbox and Polygon.

 

Raccoon is the most appealing to me, with solid protection from 4 deadly turrets (Railgun and Isida in particular). However I already have Lumberjack which protects Isida and Vulcan.

 

Nano is by far the best looking paint in the game, decent protection. I have no protection from these turrets yet: Smoky, Hammer and Ricochet. The 10% from Firebird is an added bonus. Is somewhat expensive, and might not be as good in Clan wars as Raccoon is. 

 

Rock --> 'specialized' paint, 2 high % protections from two deadly turrets, but might not be a good paint in Polygon. Relatively cheap --> 210k.

Currently have XP M2 and want XP M3. I have 10% discount on Rail M3, and I have 206k cry. Iron days has been -25% in the past 2 years, so XP M3 will cost me 266k. I am 60k short, should I try to make 60k cry in 3 weeks or wait for next sale/personal discount? I already got a PD on Rail M3 but I turned it down (due to lack of cry)

Definatly try to get 60k in 3 weeks, 20k crystals a week is possible, and since I guess you like it, try to get it :)

Wasp and Hornet are both great hulls in M3.. and used in repect of their individual strenghts and weaknesses they are both pretty deadly. In skilled hands they don't give or take each other very much.

 

But if it comes to pure XP/BP I often saw some Hornet Pilots complaining, that the enemy has "more wasps" in their team... ; while I never heard of Wasp teams complaining about enemies Hornets ;) :p

Light Format was of course a different story.. as the Smokys give Wasps a harder time then Hornets.

 

And as Wasp is way harder to master (due to instability and not forgiving driving mistakes), because it unlocks far later, and because costs more - I guess there are simply more skilled Hornets then Wasps out there.

Maybe your average amount of crystals to spare is too low, as you invest it frequently :)

thats pretty good :)

 

Although an M3 costs 200k + (on average), so if you receive a PD then you still have too less.

I think if you wanna make some beneift from this discount mode, you have to have about 250..300k - and not touch it.

and then.. you can wait pretty long (I rarely got PDs, but I got some that I could afford at the time)

I would go for titan, vulcan is a long range weapon and you dont need to get close or circle with it, so I think it is better to trade the speed of viking for the armor of titan!

To get XP M3, I will need to make 56k cry before Feb 20 (Iron Days, assuming -25%)

 

@BorussiaDortmund_BVB - 106k cry

Firewall will appear during Iron Days. This means that Firewall will be 134k. I will need to make 13k cry and rank to 2nd lieutenant before Feb 20.

 

So, XP M3 on main, or Firewall on alt?
