What to buy? Which is better?

I will be getting $100 + $28 Premium or $200 + $28 Premium if I'm lucky. I have devised a buying plan if the next sale is < 40%.

 

$100 = 500k + 250k (My own) = 750 000.

$28 = Premium Account.

• Viking M3 (117 360)
• Hammer M3 (141 480)
• 1300 Drugs (67 800 or 113 750)
• Prodigi (115 500)

All that becomes 442 140 or  488 090 if there is no sale on drugs. That leaves me with 261 910.

• Wasp M3 (129 420)

Which leaves me with 132 490. How to spend this? Should I buy a turret, a hull or a paint? Suggest me a good paint for my rank. Maps I play mostly: Polygon, Noise and sometimes Iran, Massacre etc.

I'm not sure, but I think you should be concentrating more on getting M2s, possibly in kits like Firewall and Minotaur, rather than getting more M1s - you already have quite a few. And you have Twins, which is pretty OP.

Also, I'm pretty sure Vulcan isn't the most OP M1

Rock or Raccoon. I can't decide whether I think buying plan 1 or 2 is better. In 1, you won't have a heavy hull and only one turret, in option 2, you will get two medium hulls and disappointing paint (Picasso).

i am saving for an m2 and i dont know which one to get, i am not a buyer and i am still only on M1 ricochet and wasp as my main tank. as you might expect, this combo is getting a bit dated at my rank...   :rolleyes: .

 

I now have about 30k crystals and i dont know wether to get freeze m2, which i would be able to get fairly soon and put myself at a bigger advantage quicker, or to soldier on for longer and then get a better M2.

Also, if i did get freeze which is cheapish, i could get hornet m2 quicker and a decent paint, as opposed to getting ricochet or something and having to wait ages for a good paint and hornet M2.

i only use light hulls as well.

 

lastly, how much of a disadvantage is freeze m2 compared to fire m2 and fire m1, also, which paint works well with freeze? i dont want to spent any more than 20000 crystals on one though.

Well freeze m2 isn't worth it, freeze m3 is great. Go for Hunter Fire m2 is what I'd say, Twins Mammoth m2, both of these options require that you save tons

dictator for sure. Make sure to not buy a lot of m2's so there will be some crystals for m3 ranks

Question on Tanki Bday sale Should i Grab boar if i can (how much does it cost) and then with extra crystals if theres no good m2 kit i can still afford should i mu my m1 fire to max to get m2 fire for free when i get that high?

So, I was debating about getting Cardinal because Picasso is a bad paint, but really most of all, I didn't think I would need Twins as I just got M3 Viking. This means I could use Isida and Viking, eventually to save up for Rock (best Twins protection). Then I looked at my garage, I could use Isida for short and medium range, but considering Thunder's power, I would need a long range turret that is also decent for mid-fielding on medium maps too. What about Smoky M3? I wouldn't want Prometheus because I already have a short range weapon open to MU's, and I have Viking M3 (which is generally better than Hunter M3). What if I get Smoky M3 and then save for Rock for that Twins protection to use Isida with? Only one problem, Smoky M3 unlocks at Marshal. That's one rank higher than the rank I will reach for the June sales. Hmmm...what could I possibly do? There is only one solution, but would it be worth all the crystals: Guardian?

Guardian Kit is amazing. I got it. So worth it :D But Cardinal is also a great combo :P Which i got. Its a tough choice you wont regret either you buy

Freeze m2 is good. Do not buy Firebird M1 at your rank. At your rank freeze M2 is very OP. Also Firbird M2 Doesn't comeout until later ranks unless you buy it in a kit.

Hey guys, I am saving for the minotour kit and I currenly have 54k and I just ranked to 3rd L.T.

Do you think I will get 200k crystals (150k crystals left) by 1st L.T so I can buy it ASAP when I rank

 

Ive been saving since the middle for 3rd L.T and currently have 181k. It is possible if you play a little better than I did xD but you may have to buy it at Captain which is not a bad thing. I find Minatour kit a pain in the butt when its on the other team.

 

Being that you already have 54k I do think it is possible because i started at 0 crystals in the middle of 3rd L.T.

Sorry, Boar kit isn't available at your rank, it ended at . And don't MU your fire, its a waste.

This post is strictly about Poly CP btw

 

Alright. I can speak a ton about this, cause I bought Guardian myself. You might have heard me say this but Thunder M3 was my main weapon from Brigadier to General. More specifically, the bulldozer combo. With the old MU system, I had 14/25 damage and 9/12 reload; the new MU system brought me to 41/50 Thunder M3 (I have 45/50 currently) and 25/50 Mammy M2. I used this combo in Poly CP and it worked out great. 90% of the time, 1st place. Didn't even really need to drug a whole lot.

 

So... Guardian.... Lots of mixed feelings about this kit. I bought it sometime last december (i think), when i was about 15% through General. I thought Smoky M3 would be good in Poly CP but turns out I was wrong. I was greatly disappointed in it's performance in this game mode; kept using Thunder most of the time (by this point, the new MU system was out so I had the OP 41/50). Even in Poly DM, I used Thunder more; but this is only cause of all the MUs i had on it. In general though, I found Smoky M3 to be nothing impressive overall. But that's probably cause I just naturally don't like Smoky, I prefer Thunder's raw damage more. I also never used Smoky M2 so I can't say how much of an upgrade it is from M2 --> M3.

 

Now, Titan M3. Amazing. It's speed is perfect for Poly CP with Twins or Thunder. It is incredibly maneuverable and I love it. Not much to say. Good pushing power as well.

 

Nano - I used to only use Emerald and Prodigi, both with a half decent amount of MUs (about 1/3 on both). Nano is a paint that I think it can be useful to have, especially in gismo battles. Rico/Hammer protection is great, and while you shouldn't expect too much out of 20% Smoky, it will keep you alive longer against enemy Smokys.

 

When I reached Marshal, I bought Twins M3 and used Twins/Titan from Marshal to Commander in Poly CP. During this time, I barely laid hands on Smoky.

 

I speak a lot about Poly CP.. But anyways, if you plan on playing lots and lots of Poly CP.. I think you should go with Cardinal. Twins/Titan is much, much (SIGNIFICANTLY) more impressive in Poly CP than Smoky/Titan. And don't worry about Picasso being a iffy paint - you don't have a long range paint atm, and Picasso is good for your Thunder/Viking in large maps (Picasso also comes with Thunder protection). Although I believe that Prodigi is better than Picasso, Picasso isn't bad at all.

 

Another note - if you ask me, whether or not I regret buying Guardian instead of Cardinal at General: At first thought, I would say I regret this; But at the end of the day, I am ok with what I did, cause I got Titan M3 and a medium range paint. But one important thing to note is that I had Prodigi the whole time, so getting Cardinal meant that I would have 2 long range paints. But you dont have a long range paint, so I think getting Cardinal would be better.

 

EDIT: And don't worry about facing Rock. In Poly CP Commander and under, you may see Rock here and there, but not enough to make you quit using Twins. When you play in Gismo Poly CP, Rock is definitely a problem. But other than that, you should be fine. ALSO- if you put some MUs into Twins, Twins/Titan will almost always get you top 2. High D/L, and Twins/Titan is a combo that is a "must-have" on a successful Poly CP team. Even Twins without MUs is good; Stock Twins M3 > Smoky M3 imo.
