Technically either works, depending on % of time you play in Noise or Polygon. Rico M3 can be good in Noise CTF and okay in Polygon CP. Twins M3 has rapid fire, best in Poly CP, but okay in Noise CTF. Edited June 3, 2016 by Phoenix.Rising

I'm not sure what new paint to get next. (Getting Clay & Africa this sale) Since there's a high chance 4 module paints may not be for sale again, then I gotta choose between Raccoon or Lumberjack... =/

 

Or pick none of the two. I play Polygon CP quite a fair bit.

Should I get Touche for fast, effective gameplay? I will use Wasp + Prodigi with Smoky, Railgun, and Isida. Although, instead of getting Clay later to wear with Wasp, I would have the opportunity to join XP/BP battles. I would also get an extra discount on the kit since it is unlocked at this rank, and the sales are coming up. I would only have to pay 316,452 crystals. 

 

 

 

 

If I don't buy or spend anything during this huge sale, I could eventually rank up to get Stormbringer (the only active kit with Dictator M3). I would get to use Smoky/Isida/Thunder with Dictator M3, and I would have the best fire-defense paint in the game. This would be great to use with Isida + Titan in short range battles. Also, getting this kit would allow me to use Vulcan with Titan and Zeus, which is acclaimed as a necessary combo in high rank battles. I would get the best gold hunting hull for medium range maps particularly, and I would get a powerful M3 combo. All this would cost its original price with its extra discount for Vulcan and Titan for a total of 395,160 crystals. 

 

 

 

 

Which kit should I get for the best?

Who knows what's in store for the next product kit cycle, but Touche has its advantages while Stormbringer has its effectiveness.

Should I try to get Chiropractor kit? You can check my profile for my gear, although my only M2 currently is M2 Isida from the Osaka kit. I'm excellent with Shaft, and Hunter + Loam would be nice. However, would it be better to just wait a rank and get Minotaur?

Go for Twins M3. It has no reload, and it's great for defending in Noise and excellent with Titan in Polygon.

Hi guys.  I'm thinking about getting either Shaft M2 or Mammoth M2 in Tanki's upcoming birthday sales (50% off FTW).  I tried out Shaft M2 on my alternate account, and I find it reasonably good for taking out distant targets (it isn't as versatile as Smoky, though).  As for Mammoth, I figured that I'll need some heavy bulk as I climb up into the high ranks (and I'll be able to play on smaller maps w/o being overwhelmed by other heavy hulls).  I also currently have around 65k crystals.  So what's the better buy: Shaft M2 or Mammoth M2?

 

P.S.  I'm confident with the equipment I currently have, but what predominant threats lurking in the Major through Brigadier ranks should I worry about?  Will I need a new paint(s) or should I just to march onwards with my current equipment?

 

My Current Equipment:  

 

 

Hulls: Viking M2 and Hornet M2

Turrets:
      Smoky M2- most commonly used

      Firebird M1- never used

      Isida M2- barely used (I find myself preferring ranged firepower more...may use if I'm too bored of Smoky)

Paints: Winter and Tundra (Forester, Swamp, and Dragon are filler)

 

 

 

Maps I play in:

 

Common: Madness, Rio, Serpuhov, Kungur, Brest

Sometimes: Aleksandrof, Tribute, Polygon (the most chaotic in my opinion) and other medium maps.

It's difficult to decide paints. But if I just go with Max Africa, Clay, Rock & Zeus as the final goals, will I be set for life in Polygon CP/DM/TDM ? (Without Lumberjack or Raccoon)

 

As for med to long range/big maps, I plan to just use Clay or Prodigi anyway.

Should I buy Predator? I was saving up for Osaka (Hunter M1/Isida M2), but I'm no longer sure if it's still there (Tanki might have removed all the M2 Isida kits) 

 

Predator gives me Hunter M1, Thunder M1, and Jaguar. I'm not concerned about paints - Storm is supposed to last for a while. Hunter M1 surpasses Viking in both health and speed, and Thunder is one of the most OP M1 turrets, so it is a good kit. Also, this 50% sale is probably going to be the biggest sale for a long time. If I do get Predator, I'd skip the early M2s and go straight for an OP M2 kit. 

 

Btw I have ~45k crystals and I'm also planning to MU Storm a little less than halfway. 

 

Edit: 

Buying Predator with wholesale discounts + 50% discounts on the Thunder is 33528 crystals

MUing Storm without speedups up to 5 steps is 3010, with speedups 4515

6 steps is 4510, speedups 6765

7 steps is 6310, speedups 9495

 

Another factor in this is that while Thunder is probably more OP than Isida I'm more experienced with Isida and will most likely play better with it - it suits my gameplay style better. I might be better off simply saving the crystals and buying M2 isida either in a kit or if they removed both of them when it unlocks, or even just saving the crystals themselves for a better M2 kit later on
