someone from EN finally found it. was wondering how long the ignorant EN mods would continue telling players "there's no order to when kits are realeased. everything is completely random. could come back in weeks, could be months, it's impossible to know"

Hello, as you can see I am nearing the rank that m3 kits become available (still have a little way though). I plan on getting one kit asap after I rank up to the correct rank but i wonder what kit should I get. 

 

I am a midfield/attack minded player (and have recently been enjoying wasp/fire m2 with compact tanks). I would prefer a short to medium range turret but currently have thunder m3 so more short range (i wouldn't object to shaft though). I have little preference regarding hulls  although I don't want dictator. 

 

I have been looking at; (for short range) medic, refrigerator, healer, bumblebee and (for long or medium) centaur, master of taiga, rock climber, cardinal. Does anyone have any personal experience or opinions on what you believe would be best. 

 

Crystals are not a massive issue (I would prefer it to be on the cheap side) as i have 50k now and hopefully enough for any ONE kit when the time comes, maybe a combo of 2 if I save up afterwards. If another good one is not in garage I will wait to marshal to buy stuff separately. Any response appreciated, thanks.

Medic is just good for healing after Isida's self heal was removed.

 

Freeze is not that amazing at M3, if you wanna get something like Freeze, get Prometheus with M3 Firebird. As you already have compact tanks, you wouldn't need to worry because you already like using it.

 

I do have Bumblebee, but, haven't yet tried the kit's contents only to attack/mid-field. But, can tell you that when paired with Viking, Hammer M3 is really good.

 

I do not have any opinion about Centaur, as, I haven't used Shaft at any level above M1. Although, I can tell that mobile camping is much better than immobile camping, where you just sit in a spot for forever, and take ages to get to it.

Keep MUing. You already have a diverse enough garage. But, however, if you get bored you can try for Hammer M2 at Captain . Or, Firebird at Major .

I can remember who but i remember seeing some mod say that there's no way to know when the kits will come... so when i told my russian friends I was waiting for raiden but don't know if i should spend some of the saved up crystals for MUing during a sale they laughed at me and told me raiden would only be in the garage after 30 days so i had more than enough time to earn the crystals by the time it comes. I told them it could come at any time and they continued laughing at me...

 

anyway i was made a fool thanks to the EN mods so i decided not to tell them about that link after my friends told me about it.

If you were not rushing into things, you would have time to think things through and get the kit rota all by yourself.

 

You just found out the little support we get from the RU/TO to support the EN community. We are the last to know about wiki, the one which are not consulted, ... And you are not helping either.

 

In my time when I could buy kits, I kept track of the kit I was looking for all by myself, I didn't need the help of a mods or the urge to blame them for not "helping".

Not mixed, it is the truth. Even if it is just good for healing, the DPS is one of the highest, and, if you did not know, your reload lasts longer if you heal. You can take it for the EXP, or the DPS, whichever you like. Or skip it for Prometheus, the next best choice.

 

Isida would only be good if you are okay with dying and focusing on healing your teammates.

 

As I said, Hammer + Viking pair pretty well, but, you will only be getting the protection against Hammer, which is Wolf M3. 413k for just this one specific combo and a not-so-good-looking paint is not recommended, by at least me.

 

I got 2 M3 kits for 664300, just. While, the price of Jackhammer would be more than/equal to the half of it, more or less.

There is no way to know because it keeps changing, and that what we have been told. If the Russian found out the rota, well they are good and/or they got additional help. You are very lucky to have Russian friends, not every player is like you. 

 

As for your discovery of the lying mods - truth is everything keep changing and not information is cascaded down to us. If you see us as all-knowing entities that withhold information for futile gain, well it is not the case - sorry to disappoint.

 

We do have to spend time to clean the forum, stop flame war, explaining, this take time. Remember we are all volunteers.

I didn't say they were lying. i said they were spreading false info. I know they didn't know it was false but they were still doing it nonetheless. all this could have been avoided had they just went to look at the RU forums.

 

I do not mean they are lazy, i am talking about the way they do things. for example emrakul spent a lot of effort trying to find out the rota from scratch... when all he could have done was look at the RU forums and he'd have gotten over 2 years of data. he was the one who told Goku about it yesterday and he said it only took him a few minutes of searching. so if you get what i mean, the mods might be working hard but they are not working smart. just a few minutes of checking out whats happening on the RU forum could have avoided all these EN players (including me) getting the false info

If you really want a kit, just save for 1 kit - the rest you should buy on sale at unlock, or keep MU-ing one of your current sets.

Buying  an M3 kit is really only useful for the early unlock, which allows you to start upgrading right away.  As you upgrade the kit you can target other items to buy at Marshall.

 

You say Thunder M3... so... M2 10/10?

 

If you like wasp, keep Muing the one you have, then at Marshall you can continue to MU.  Wasp m2 10/10 will be fine until marshall.

 

Isida is a decent short-range turret.  Struggles a bit in DM since it can only attack for 5 seconds.  pretty much a sure kill, but then u die.

It is best in team battles, healing in base, killing flag stealers, or for healing flag carriers.  Viking is good for the role - good protection and speedy enough to keep up with most team-mates.  The Viking also pairs well with your Thunder.

I would get a ranged m3 before turning Isida into M4. As you already have Ricco...

 

What is your M2 at now?  Can you not just keep MU-ing it?
