What to buy? Which is better?

Guys my account was inactive when the last war started and ended, so how should I prepare for the next war. Should I save up drugs? My turrents and hulls are freeze m2 and twins m2 and the hulls are dictator m2 and Viking m2. Should I MU them a bit?

Save some DD's you have freeze so kills will be easy

Also this WAR will be differnt than the last one

Freeze is pretty OP so i think you can manage well

Actually I was thinking more like master of the taiga and giant or destroyer and raiden

the 2nd set of kits you mentioned would probably last longer since you can play in all types of maps

Now that I have it, I am reconsidering my decisions on what kit to buy.

MINOTAUR, NORTHERNER, FIREWALL are some of my options, feel free to recommend other kits

I am great with every turret, except for magnum.

The 3 kit's you mentioned are good as you know we have said it many times

but i am concerned about Smoky now , so many guys have been buying the m1 smoky kits

and so the number of protection's increased ,But it is still good

 

Glaze is also a good option you don't have to worry about protections even at m4 levels no one take's Hammer prot

Or maybe you can still go the OP way , Minotaur , 2 ranks till it unlocks

 

All the kits mentioned are good one's so , you wont be making a bad choice, also when buying keep your playing style in mind also

Minotaur and Northerner are really good options, but I would take minotaur and MU it to M3, you will trample everyone in most maps

Stick with minotaur, it unlocks in one rank and it's cycle will hopefully come aroundsoon. After that consider buying another short or long range turret, namely railgun and firebird ( if you want an inexpensive alternative chose freeze). Alternatively you could just grind and mu minotaur kit too m3, this would allow you to destroy in all battles. This, however takes time and I would find it boaring, and afterall your meant to have fun.

To be Honest drones are a waste and your going to buy batteries to use them in game, unless youre a really big buyer, dont buy drones, just save up for something like northerner kit  an MU viking and freeze and you'll win every battle youre in

If you are thinking to buy a drone in this account i will say no drone

Focus on MU ing combos and getting M2 kits ....

 

But if it is an M4 account , or M3+

It is sad to see this thread is nothing more than a "what kit should I buy?" thread. It certainly is not a "what is better" thread because this convo has got that question wrong.

 

KITS are not the way to plan account progression in 2018.  It was two years ago but it is not any more.  The way to progress now is to buy items singly, MU them to the max, then trade them in for no cost at the next unlock rank.

 

The new module system puts immense pressure on accounts to MU 13 (or 14) modules all atone. The higher your rank the more modules you must own.  The focus for an account's development strategy is to get through the LtCol to Marshal vast long Death March. In order to do this wou will need m2+10/!0 turret, ull, and 13 modules.

 

Every one of thse discussions is based on saving over 400k to buy a kit at LtGen.  This approach will strarve the accunt for MU finds. This account will get an m3 hull, turret, and module at LtGen.  But then it must spend another 303k to MU THOSE or eslse the m3+0 is no better than the m2+10.

 

So this account spends 750k to get a slightly better hull and turret for two ranks. In exchange it has bad protections against 12 of 13 weapon types. 35% protections will give you more performance boost over 25% than the difference between m2+10 and m3+10. 

 

A secondardy reason is that Crystals you do not spend on equipment upgrades are Crystals that do not help you.  Sitting on well over a half-million Cry for months means you are waiting a long time to get your upgrades.  The MU approach puts your moiney to work for you months sooner. You get to enjoy that boost over many many  more games.

 

Kits are good for buyers or for changing to a new type of hull and turret. But accounts that will keep using the same hull and turret kits are to be avoided. Buy on sale and MU then diversify you modules as you can afford. It's 2018.

Ok then I will list out kits for u the based on what u said ^^^^^

For Vulcan mountain or Vesuvius

For shaft chiropractor

For twins Minotaur

For magnum Excalibur or hyacinth

For fire firewall kit

For freeze don’t buy a kit just rank up and buy it on a discount.

U seem like u don’t need a kit anytime soon I got an m2 kit at captain. So if u buy magnum if u Have no experience with magnum make a new acc and use it that’s what I did Incase I got a magnum kit. For shaft both alterations make it considerably better. For fire buy the compact tanks alt. And for twins buy the non-splash damage alt. Then whatever u buy MU it to m3. Hope this helps.

Lol ur right they should make a section what kit should I buy? Butttt the part where u said kits are for buyers is not really true, sure a lot of buyers buy them but a lot of free to play players who know who to not spend there crystals carelessly and can save up lots of crystals buy kits to get an advantage over other players. For example I bought Minotaur kit not to long ago and I am crushing a lot of ppl. Not the buyers though they usually have kits like this at my rank fully MU to m3.
