Your descriptions pretty much fit the bill for literally every single product kit, depending on who thinks what. BUT if you mean it is directly in between those two figures for paint price and TK price, then, as Im_a said it would be Prometheus probably.

You will miss out on the 100% extra stars.

You will get 100% extra stars if you get Premium from Containers, but it'll definitely not be 3 months of it.

3 months of prem is worth it if you're going to grind a lot. You will get a lot of bonuses, such as crystals, supplies and 100% extra stars. With 90 days of premium, you will get 225000 crystals, 270 repair kits and 900 of each supply excluding golds. From your challenges though, you will also get skins, paints and others.

However, with 50 containers, you have the chance to get just as many crystals and supplies as premium or more. You also have the chance to get paints, premium days, skins and golds. You will possibly miss out on the 100% extra stars, but if you want to have a chance of getting material which isn't included in the challenges, 50 containers might appeal to you. 

That's me when I bought 15 months of Premium. For me, Premium is the best buy.

Premium is way better value than containers, as they are more of a gamble and cost more than premium. Plus, as you said, you could renew it indefinitely.

And I can get more than 1 million crystals from challenges, plus that 230,000 crystal bonus... I can get M2 firebird, so, everyone thinks I'm a massive buyer, but I'm rlly not, I only bought tankoins and battle pass. If it was more, it wasn't much at all!

 

Indefinite premium = indefinite crystals and drugs, so it should last me until Legend, or further, so it's more like a road to legend - but not on YT ;)

Short answer, yes. I see a lot of people with Gauss dominating and some of them are like the children of Godmode_ON, and they're not even massive buyers, they might even be F2P

 

Gauss has like, the most DPS with DD, and it's Magnum's, and maybe even Shaft's worst enemy. So, is Gauss worth it? 1000+ damage per shot in sniping mode with no DD, so it's worth it!

 

Arcade mode is for stealing kills, so if 2 sniping mode shots don't work, go to arcade shots! Or, because of hornet's OD, if you see someone is on 1 health (health bar is empty), arcade shot to get the kill. More information: https://en.tankiwiki.com/Gauss

Yes. I use Gauss, and most people don't use the Owl module. Like @Im_a_tanki_master said, it's ruthless with Double Damage. I see you have Titan and Viking M1. Those two are in the top 3 for best hulls to use with Gauss IMO.

Not to mention its splash damage area is frankly unbelievable. I loved M2 Gauss so much that I MU'ed it to M3 this past sale, and never regretted any of it.

MU, but not yet. Play with what you have and try to get lots of crys until Tanker's Day (Sept.). The sales in that holiday are 50/70 for MUs, so it's exactly equal to MUing with no sales... only it's more-or-less instant (okay, okay, it takes a couple seconds :))

If you're F2P, you gotta MU. Later, once you have M2.7 or more, then you get another kit if possible. Generally you're going to be buying a late kit.

MUing with no speed ups and no sales from rico m2 to m3 is 238,600 crystals.  

MUing with 50/70 sales and with speed ups is 262,460 crystals.  

There is a difference.  Also, even if they cost the same, why not just start MUing now without speedups?

If you only take the shape and stats, I have to agree that Shaft is best with Dictator.  But I'm taking the overdrive into consideration, which means...it's not as good compared to the other medium hulls.  

 

I don't like dictator because:

- IMO it's awkward and ugly

- Overdrive doesn't add anything "different" if you get what I mean, it just drugs and freezes.  And for shaft, it's mostly a heavy need for DD, sometimes the other drugs but not really.  The other drugs are mostly wasted, unless you use it when you get ambushed.  

 

As for the overdrive helping teammates, yeah its cool when you group with a friend, but honestly,  I feel like hunter and viking ODs benefit the team more.  I wish you could see what percentage of OD teammates are on.  Would make communication much easier, such as knowing who should take the nuclear box.  

 

I'm probably still going for my original plan, of getting Rico m3 and chiropractor.  

 

Also, I have hornet m1 at 8/10, which I'll max over the sales, and Freeze m1 at 6/10.  Should I bother upgrading it to m2?

 

Edit: When with rico, dictator is great at spawn camping when the team is on a roll, since the supplies refresh for the entire team.  Otherwise, hunter and viking are probably better imo.

But I would prefer Voltage because it's cheaper than avalanche and stinger, it's one of the cheapest M2 kits and Dictator hoards many HP and speed at M2. But I would also prefer Hunter M2 because with OD and DD, it can be a deadly force.

Yes Freeze M2 is bad, but you may as well have the M2 instead of wasting all the crystals for MUing it to 6/10.
