Yeah, I play Hunter Shaft almost exclusively, defensively, midfield and aggressively, depending on map and circumstances.

I laugh at Vulcan Hornet too as I one shot them, then OD them when they try to come at me. I laugh less when most of them switch to Shaft protection. Then I just die.

 

Of course, maps and team's abilities to somewhat support each other helps. Works both sides.

I like my mobility, I can reposition and/or flank the opposition, makes them hate me more. I take it as a compliment when a few players start focusing on killing me, or the opposite and go to great lengths to stay out of sight. Of course, when some Hornets get annoyed enough to equip Shaft protections it can can dicey quickly.

 

I either use Rapid-Fire when I run for flags or balls or whatever, and Light Capacitor for everything else. I just realized that I about forgot what it is to use stock Shaft. Will try it tomorrow...

Hey. I’ve been meaning to buy eyjafjallajokul kit(Vulcan mammoth) and I’ve been waiting for quite a time for it, but there is raider kit in the garage and I don’t weather I should buy it or not. I previously brought the annihilation kit so I got enough crystals only to buy one more kit.

what should I do? Wait for eyjaf or buy raiden?

I got to use something to snag Flags, Light Capacitors just doesn't cut it for that job. But when I defend/harasss or play TDM yeah Light Capacitor all the way - Fast reload, fast charge, fast tracking. Not quite the punch to do kills against someone with protections but there are ways around that. I usually finish top 3 in TDM, no Drone using Light Cap. But technique counts, not just gear. Been playing like a madman to get that Moonshot at challenge Tier 33, almost there and will have it today. Confinement helps.

Ooooh I love it when that happens to me. At these low ranks I have certainly over-powered equipment and I usually end up getting a very high D/L in any match and people start swarming me to kill me. All I do is save my Viking OD . Some Wasps get me from time to time with their bombs , but that's usually just it.

I rekt 'em. You can hear their battle cries from afar. People often use DA, instinctively, when they see a Hornet, but I have specifically trained my instincts with Russian soldiers to annihilate a Hornet with a DD when I see one.

Definitely. Go for it. It's good. 

Good too but too common. So it gets "meh" quick.

I have currently the invasion (guass and hunter) kit for crystals in my shop, and the  funds to get it. Should I wait for a striker, shaft or Vulcan kit or just go for this? Guass seems really good whenever I face it in battle. What are all your favourite turrets?

I have all the alts I want for the turrets I currently have- idk what else I'd get. Maybe uranium alt for striker but apart from that ?????

Striker, Shaft, and Vulcan are all incredibly powerful and I highly recommend getting one of them. It all comes down to personal preference, however.

You've got crystals and $ so play with whatever you like. But seriously, I find that stock turrets are already pretty good when you enter a MM battle not knowing the map. The only thing I have time to change for MM is turret first and then protection second. If you have time to go all the way down to changing alteration too, then go wild.

Nope. Incendiary round is good enough.

Definitely. It makes you feel like you're using the old(real) railgun.

I feel stock Rico won't get you much in MM without heavy drugging and maybe, Hornet. Taking your rank in account I'd say no if you can't buy any alterations. If you're not a buyer I'd recommend that you MU the current Mk5's that you have. That'll help you in the long run. However, if you buy, then it is an entirely different case.
