Lost crystals for no reason

Logged in this morning missing 7000+ crystals. Wanted to upgrade today with discounts, but now can't. Also upgrades don't last long.

I lost crystals/exp/items from my account.

 

I presume you mean the timer next to the upgrade button. That not how long the upgrade will last, that how long it will take to come into effect, once you upgrade its there permanently.

Are you sure your account hasn't been hacked?

I logged in today after the server update and changed several missions . After 5 min the missions vanished and the crystals used to change the missions also got wasted :( :angry: :o B) :rolleyes: :ph34r:

Crystals will not be taken from your account unless someone hacks your account and buys something with your crystals.

Hacking case maybe. Either someone hacked and used it or you hacked and as a penalty crystals got deducted.

@Ninja gave the same answer you game, to not confuse others, it is better to not post same links/info so it would be easier for the one who has the problem. If you see that someone else is already answered, leave it to him unless the one who had the problem asks another question which isn't answered yet, thank you.

Sorry! I just wanted to tell that hacking isnt of using others crystal but it is also a deduction of crystals  by Tanki team due to hacks being detected

No problem, it is just better and more efficient since the person won't have to read much or read the same replies over and over so I guess it is just an easy way, nonetheless, it is good.
