whats the point of having good equipment if you don't know how to use them. or do you think you do know how to use them? okay, 2 ranks later you'll be able to take part in tournaments where you'll be able to win m4s directly, at brigadier. that's 2 ranks before buyers, if you chose XTs that'll be 4 ranks before anyone else. I'm gonna see you with your m4 XTs soon?

You can take part in those tourneys, but doesn't mean you can win. The competition is wayyy too heavy for a M2 to win. You could have all the skill in the world, but your equipment will let you down.

take part in xp/bp ones, those are fair. with the M4 xt xp/bp you win you could take part in other tournaments to get the other m3/4s. or if you don't get first place in xp/bp at least win m3s(second place gets you M3 xt rail+wasp/hornet, 3rd gets you m3 xt rail) and take part in tournaments without MUs or upgrade your m3s to m4s.

 

or join a good clan.
