My Account was hacked

Last I played Tanki was around 10am and I had nearly 50,000 crystals. I just went in and found Railgun M1 had been purchased as well as the M2 alteration for my Isida on a one day rental and 85 double damages. I'm not sure how anybody got into my account since I didn't share it with anybody and now my hard earned crystals are gone.

 

 

 

If at all possible, just remove the Railgun, Alteration and double damages from my account and refund my crystals. I was saving for M2 Railgun but now I come to find all my savings are gone.

Keep in mind that sometimes the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

My account wasn't stole, somebody just spent all my crystals. Also, I used the free form. These people take forever to get back to me, I do not want to spend ages filling an endless form for people who never really help me :/

 

But I have to deal with what I can.

Your account was stolen for a short amount of time right? Or did you perhaps give your password to someone or someone you know like a family member logged in in your account?

 

And btw the free form is for other things so it is better not to use that. There is a form which you can fill if some things are missing your account but is only when something disappears from your account because of a problem/bug one way or another.

I don't share my info and I'm the only one in my family that plays Tanki. And if those other forms are for things that disappear then I guess the free form is the way to go.
