I wish that the developers were to make discount cards and bonus cards for garage turrets, hulls and modules so that players don't have to keep on waiting for holidays to earn discounts.

there located on the news section when you open up . it will be in red % then the discount info on what is on sale , if and when you get one .

We are now getting less for our money on crystals , in the past we got 60 k and when we got the bonuss card we also got another 30 k added in . now that is gone ... :angry: :wacko:

 

refuse to buying crystals for now ... did buy the lunar paint for 50% off that was a steal on that deal . the kits well i added more to my email and want to know how it works more on kits when there is a sale . cause what i understand is when a sale is on you get both deals or close to it , but in the pm you can see clearly I never got it...

You are seeing crystal discount, not crystal bonus card. The real money price is lower but the number of crystals is unchanged. I received the crystal bonus card the other day (no screen shot sorry) but I can confirm that it is still double.

This changed as of May 26 , so your looking at old stuff . mine is the new prices . that I'am aware of

Like @austen_pierce said, the one in green is the discount. You get the standard amount of crystals, at a lower price. When you get a double crystal card on the other hand, you will pay the standard price, for twice the amount of crystals. These two are different kinds of offers. I haven't calculated which offer is more profitable, or if one of them is more profitable.

no good for people that dsont buy or spend actualy money on the game.... they will obviously see no benefit what so ever.... in fact they will now be flooded with players who buy equipment... that plus the massive battle rank range. they havnt got a hope in hell

Looks like the Bydolord deleted the original and maybe some follow up posts, so I can't see the discount picture to check the percentage. But I'm pretty confident the Bonus (was DCC) Card is the better deal, especially at the higher price points when the in-package crystal bonus is better anyway. Double that with the bonus card, and your crystal yield is 'double' better ;)

 

A little math assuming 50% best case discount vs 100% known bonus applied to $100 USD package (143k + 215k = 358k Crystals)...

-Discount Crystal Card gets you 358k Crystals for $50 USD or 7.16k Crystals per USD

-Bonus (Double) Crystal Card gets you 716k Crystals for $100 USD or 7.16k Crystals per USD

 

I was wrong. The savings is the same, assuming a 50% discount card. If the crystal discount is less than 50% off it's obviously a worse deal.

Thank you for reposting. The critical fact is the Crystal discount card is 25% not 50%, thus the Bonus Crystal Card is the much better deal.

 

It should be noted however that the much better deal requires the higher payment of real money. This should not come as a surprise to any veteran player.

I tend to agree with you. More cards in the game = less chance of getting the one you want/need. Old Double Crystal Card could be expected once or twice a week. Now...???

50% discount cards for crystals never existed. Only double crystal cards, which gave a bonus, not a discount.

Now, there are 25% discount cards for crystals and bonus cards for crystals (bonus card = dcc previously), they're different from each other.
