Contact Tanki Support and tell them they will Give you Some Questions the owner only knows it that is you , you should answer them all correctly Then they will tell you Your application will take up to 7 days to be done and they will Do What ever you want ;)

Make sure to ask for refund/retrieval of the crystals/gold boxes the alleged hacker spent from your account while you describe your problem. You will receive everything back.

 

Make sure you verify your complaint by checking the inbox of the email you provided after submitting the form. The verification link does not work with Chrome or Opera due to some issues, we recommend Mozilla Firefox for such.

Yes but the gold boxes its the hacker who have buyed the gold boxes and my account premium it is for the rewards for secret code but I'm don't received my 3 gold boxes.

Well that is his choice so if he wants to get his account back, he has to follow the instructions given above, if not than there is no point for this topic and it will be closed by one of the moderators. Hopefully he will get his account back.

I had someone hack my account, i filled out the account return, got it back, but tanki support (<3 for getting this acc back) told me to change my email pass, so i strongly recommend doing what they told me yourself. Also, if they don't let you change your pass thru the acc return, enter your account and click on "Settings". If your account is linked to your email, you can click on security and Change Password & Email. Then, open your email and you will see the hash, you'll click on it and enter new pass. Good luck!  ;)
