No reply from Help Desk

24 hours since I sent the forms, I hope they are working on solving my problem. I did send 2 forms, one with my school email, the email linked to my account and the other form with my other email, the one that has been responding. I hope what I have done is alright. I really hope they will return my account, I will be so happy if they do :)

I totally asked you not to send multiple. Just one, yet again you sent two. Next time don't.

I hope you received a ticket did you?

I won't do it again but i was unsure if both my emails would work, as you said to send the form to the email linked to my account ( my school email ) but thats email wasn't responding. So I sent one to my other email just in case. Should I just send one final form to the email thats responds or should I wait a few more days? And yes I recieved a ticket.

Since you received the ticket, you need to wait now till it gets processed. Once it does, your problem with be reviewed and they will help you.

Don't send anymore, just wait. This is regarding your payments and accounts it will take some time.

Be patient. That's all you need to be.

 

 

You have received the ticket, that means probably your form will be reviewed but it will take time for them depends on the workload and the severity of the case.

ok, Im being patient. I've got the ticket number 2961740 which is pretty high, I think. It's officially been 4 days since I sent the forms. I will be patient.

Good. I hope you confirmed by clicking on that link. (The link doesn't work properly on opera and chrome, but works fine on firefox) wait for a week. I guess if you are on 4 days, wait for 3-4 days more.

Let's hope a reply from them soon.

Tbh, I do agree Tech sometimes gets very repetitive in their answers. Super serious too. :p

 

Takes them less than 24 hours to reply to mine. But then again, I don't have many problems :p :D

I am on chrome xD but it has been working previously with less sufficient forms sent to tech support. It's been 5 days now, getting close, I hope :)

7 days since I sent the forms. Someone stole RailgunKing44 account so I can't battle with it and instead have to use you_know_me. Like wth is going on? Awesome44 is randomly suspended and then RailgunKing44 is stolen. What is this? Why am I so much drama. I  really want Awesome44 back. Hope they will respond soon :0

Well, I lost my pass to my RailgunKing44 account and can't sign into it and I have this huge story that I don't want to bother explain. Bottom line is I need to change my pass and email back. Only problem is I didn't link the account to a email. But I did send a form to link a new email to it and change the pass and email. They will respond within 7 days. But I also have my Awesome44 issue to. I just want them both back :)

This games support team is bs I can't even send one of those message things because I got hacked and I have to enter a valid email when it got changed so I can't even complete the forms and I think they are refusing to respond I am so furious right now with this support I will give bad reviews everywhere on this game if I don't get my stuff back that I paid for

I know how you feel. No response from tech support. I've been waiting 8 days for mine -_- and I'm getting really furious at tech support.

 

Even though I'm innocent they still haven't responded. My ticket number was 2961740. I guess that's pretty low. Does anyone know how long to wait for a ticket number of such?

 

It's school holidays. I want to be playing my pro account not my friends noob account -_-

 

AHhhhh, plx respond tech support -_-

I am sending a new form if there is no response on the 10th day for waiting.

 

13eg-For-Mercy do you feel it's fine to send another form after 10 days?

Sent form today, havent got a response yet, but it hasn't been long. I provided so much evidence and explained to them everything. I hope they understand :)

Please help tech support to understand that what has happened was not my fault

Thx a lot, I did like a 200 word from to them explaining everything about my account ( equip,friends,battles,paypal,tech support )

 

I even told that whoever was reading this should not be the person who denies innocent people but instead be the person who puts a smile on someone's face. xD
