Cannot Play.. Keeps Loading

Hi,

 

I am unable to play the game as after login the page keeps loading and the game wont start. I have tried restarting, refreshing and everything. But it wont start. my internet connection is good as I can do everything else but play. It gets stuck in the position as shown in attached pic. Please help.

And I thought that I was the only one who has this problem. Where is this "brilliant" developer called Hazel-Rah to tell us what is going on? Well, if he had a clue, he would have solved this problem that seems to creep up very often right after the daily restart! Coincidence? I do not think so! Daily restart of the servers is not really necessary unless of course they implement daily changes that are not visible to us.

I had faced this before also when there was EN servers but after 2-3 tries it used to go back to normal. But this EU server change has messed it up totally. Another problem i noticed is after i join a game the FPS stoops down to 23-25 for a while making it very difficult to play. Tanki seriously needs to take these into consideration.

Well if they had a clue they would have fixed it by now. just before the server update I was getting some crazy FPS and ping numbers like 2 FPS and 800 ping! they are FUBAR as we say in the USA.

Somehow i was able to login via Chrome and complete my missions. But i was logged in server 24 and i couldn't switch servers. Still at least mission chain is intact.

Yes this is happening right now..... i can't load whatsoever...LTE two of my wifi school wifi everything doesn't work...

No, tanki isn't the problem. It is working perfectly for me. May I ask what you are using to run the game?

No, tanki isn't the problem. It is working perfectly for me. May I ask what you are using to run the game?

I'm currently using Chrome, it usually works and even with cleared Browser cache, it doesn't load.... it always did before so i don't think that it's a wifi problem

I would suggest using In-Private Browsing on Internet Explorer/Edge which is what I'm using. It is running perfectly.

Have you tried using the Tanki client?

Might be you are using outdated browser. Updating it also reduce lags.
