Results [Special] Bake a Cake

Hello Tankers, after a month of hard work, I am glad to announce you the best backers of the game. Those who made the best and most beautiful cakes for Tanki's 8th birthday.  Without further ado, here are the best entries of the contest Bake a Cake

 

Results:

 

Let's start with the results of the best digital designed cakes,

 

The best cake was made by @LaserShark who won 30 000 crystals for his fantastic metal cake design

 

@Maharaja won the second place with this beautifully designed birthday party. I particularly liked the freeze/dictator as a chocolate decoration for his cake. Congratulations, you won 20 000 crystals.

 

The third place is followed up by @usamah98 who won 10 000 crystals with his well-made decorations.

 

 

Let's move on to the best drawing entries:
 

The first place is awarded to @IndianTankiPlayer who won 30 000 crystals for his amazing drawn cake.

 

The second place is awarded to @Thor_invincible who won 20 000 crystals for his cake with beautiful decorations.

 

@ldea won the third place and will receive 10 000 crystals for his wonderful watercolor drawing.

 

 

Now, let's meet the winners of the bakers who baked a real cake.

 

The first place is for @Evil-Woman who made that great Tanki logo with all those tasty candy decorations. Congratulations, you won a well deserved 40 000 crystals.

 

The second place with 30 000 crystals is granted to @M-axis who made a Smoky-Wasp shaped cake with a barrel on fire. It looks particularly delicious with all that icing and those small pieces of chocolate cake as tank tracks. He even wrote a little recipe if anyone is interested in replicating one.

 

Last but not least, the third place with 20 000 crystals is granted to @intestinito who made elegant decorations to his cake, especially those fabulous candles which looks like fireworks.

 

Finally, 5 000 crystals are also awarded for @GhosterGuyy, @I3eg-For-Mercy and @oshy_9000 who didn't make into the top 3 of those categories but had great designs.

*groans* I was really hoping for first place. I was pretty sure I'd get it to till that super duper colourful really well decorated cake was entered on the second last day and made me tremble in my seat :p Slightly biased considering mine took 6 hours to make, but the amazing neat precision of the deco was very impressive. Well done!

 

I'm not in a full blown rant since 30k still makes a Shaft M2. DARN YOU FLIPPIN' JUDGES jk jk.

 

Overall I really enjoyed this contest and the entries were amazing. Hope to see more like this! :D

 

Seriously though, you could have posted faster and not made me check TO forums every single morning waiting for the results xD

I actually could have sworn the Contest offered 10k crystals to all those who baked a cake...and the post was edited on 19th June, AFTER the contest closed. Was this removed intentionally?

Thats what I remember too..I distinctly remember now because I was considering entering a half effort cake with my aly, for that 10k.

I can't believe I got second place. This was the first time I entered and was rewarded. I'll try to post regular artworks. I have already posted multiple images in Share your Artwork! You can check them and I hope I get 50000 crystals for those too. Can't wait.
