this is a game for guys. Hardly any girls play. Obviously boys are better at this game than girls.

Honestly, I've seen many girls in battles and well, I have to say that they were good. True, some of them could have been buyers and drugged, but that's fine. But I've been impressed by many female tankers with their performance in battle. So I think that this quote is false, but thats my opinion.

What's your opinion on this quote?

Well tbh, it's actually extremely hard to tell, for some obvious reasons.

Firstly, there are more boys than girls that play this game, and in fact most computer/console games are male dominated. This means that in a game like tanki, where females are actually hard to find, to run a quantitative analysis on skill level between females and males is reasonably hard. This point can be nullified however by the fact that in a game like tanki with a player base of over 30000 consistent players, even if the ratio of males:females is 19:1 (respectively), there are still enough females to carry out such an analysis (though gathering data would be tough due to possible lack of active participants).

Secondly, you must define skill, which is rather difficult. Many people would just say k/d and leave it at that, but that cuts out flag bearers, healers and elevates snipers and campers, as well as defenders. To define skill for each particular role is easier, but given the fact that most people have a main combo and a secondary to fall back on and sometimes a third turret-hull combination (or more), you can't define a person by one combo unless that is the only combo that they use, which would mean you would have to take data sets for each combo they have and then integrate them in together or something. Given the 'lack' of girls, this task becomes insanely difficult extremely fast.

Thirdly, and this is probably a more controversial point to make, but I shall make it anyways. As I said, more boys play games. This also applies to the point that more guys play more games than girls (which is actually a bad thing girls, so don't go getting salty). In sport, it is a commonly known fact that people who specialise in one sport early on do not go very far whilst those who diversify go further. I'm not 100% sure if this applies to esports as well, but I think it's a fair assumption to make, meaning that actually, on average guys probably are better than girls at computer games (of which tanki is one).

I may have more points, but my mum wants me to go to sleep, so I'll sleep on it and come tomorrow with some more thoughts/points perhaps.

Thanks,

per.

They were probably using a simple polyphonetically grouped 20-square-digit key transposed in boustrophedonic form with multiple nulls.

For the majority, I would say this quote is true, because there is at least 1 male better than the greatest female. Though we can't really determine the 'greatness' of someone.

If I would compare 2 tankers, one female and one male, this quote is true/false.

Less girls play that guys, that's true enough.

But just because they're not advertising themselves with stuff like "I'm a gril who date?" on EU5 or have nicknames like or @TheQueen doesn't mean they aren't female.

I think there are more girl players than you might believe.

As for the "Guys are better than girls" quote, I think that it's a load or rubbish. I know plenty of girls who would beat me at Tanki (not that I'm amazingly good or anything, but you can see my point).

The quote is half true. There are considerably lower amounts of female gamers than males.

I agree, female tankers are actually pretty good at tanki, my best friend is a girl, and she's good. There is more male gamers than female gamers, but female gamers still play fairly well.

True, because the other bunch of girls are studying getting A+ on tests while boys sit down on the computer
