Why don't Server 1/2/3 have many battles despite showing up as almost full?

I hope I am posting in the right section. This does seem like a problem, either with my internet, or with the game itself.

 

When you visit EU servers 1,2 or 3, you will find only 1 or 2 battles in it, despite the server showing an almost full white bar, indicating many players in it.

Why is this? 

 

EDIT: I realize now I didn't select TDM, but it makes no difference. There are no TDM battles in server 2 right now.

This is simply because servers are for different ranks. For example EU1/2 are usually populated with Generals to Legends which means you cannot see their battles. As you rank up the servers you play in now will become empty for you and others will become full. 

 

Since this is not a problem this topic in now...
