Since you don't have a true close range turret or a heavy hull I think you should get the stable plasma alteration for twins and titan m3 incase you ever want to get into Arena CPs or Hill CTFs because those can be relaxing ways to make a lot of crystals if you win. Also, mention your modules in your post so people don't have to check all over your profile. You've got good modules with 2 m3 trios.

Well my garage isn't that good i only have 3 m1s and 1 m2.. and i had 22k then spent them on drugs for kills and had another 7k bla bla bla until i have 6k now, i'm a half way of ranking do you think i will be capable of affording rail and hornet m2 whenever i reach first lieutenant? (in sales maybe).

Proper wallet management detected. I'd say it's a good garage for a Major if you are f2p. I assume you don't play too much in oreder to mantain a high cry/exp ratio so that you can afford this much equipment. You won't care too much about this when you reach the Legend rank. If you really feel like you need 1/2 modules you can go for it, but make sure you can save enough crystals for the M3 ranks.

And 65K+ crystals. I am pretty satisfied. I am doing pretty good in battles, especially because of spending at least 70% less supplies than their in-come. Striker+Viking combo has its pros and cons, but it is a good combination for me.
