Declined Ranks for Chatting

My idea is to add a feature which when you chat it gives you XP, like the rank system. And a feature/command shows your XP rank for chatting.

 

But, People may ask, People may spam to rank. So here's a spam prevention! 

 

Spam Prevention:

 

 

There would be a time limit for sending messages, if you sent many messages over the time limit it wont count  as XP. 

 

If there's a big spammer which send many messages in a row and doesn't stop, It will decrease XP and wont gain XP.

The chat is simply a means to communicate. I don't see why one would want to have a higher "chat rank" than others, since it wouldn't give the player anything other than bragging rights. And it would simply increase the amount of spam from players posting single pointless messages (but not spamming) just to raise their chat rank.
