Crossed out Bonus score even with Good KDR?

I did a search on the forums and could not find a solution or similar issue. Unless I am mistaken on this being an in game feature. However, I had a few games where I had good KDR but my bonus score was marked out? I'm not sure if this is a glitch or part of the game. I'm simply asking for help with this issue, as it had not occurred before today.

The attachment was simply an example of what I was talking about. The last game I played a full round and had the same issue.

If possible, I would like to better understand this issue/feature, if it is one.

Well, even when the image has not a high resolution, I think that I know what you are talking about.

 

As said by @HiS.RoYaL.HiGhNeSs, this Bonus is only given to Premium Users. However when you are a newbie, you get the Beginner Pass. This pass gives you a bonus at the end of every battle, but this pass last up to 3 weeks, beginning since the day when you registered your account, and then it goes. It looks like you have already been more than 3 weeks in this game, so, you will no longer have/need that pass.

However, if you want to get the bonus and the other benefits of the Beginner Pass again, you could buy a premuim account.

It was the Bonus score That was marked out. Apparently my photo was pixelized. Not sure why...
