Isida and Dictators Tier

People are saying that Isida and Dictator are tier 1.0 while others say there 1.5

 

I personally believe its 1.5

 

I believe there tier 1.5 because look at isida

 

Damage per a second are the same as firebird's but isida has self heal ability and healing ability. i believe that all the weapons and tanks in 1 tier are balanced because Smoky has medium damage with medium,Firebird has 20m range but kills fast,Twins Epic fast reload but low damage with medium range and rail has Epic damage but has slow reload on the other hand isida Overpowers firebird easily with self heal ability and heal teammates so Isida over powers tier 1.0 weapons but FAILZ against tier 2.0 weapons. If isida is in tier 1.0 then the items in the tier aren't balanced.

 

Same with dictator, Dictator overpowers titan by speed so it doesn't make sense that its in tier 1.0 if all the tiers are supposed to be balanced.

tier 1 because then i can say i have all tier 1 weapons m3 when i get m3 twins... but "i got all tier 1.0 and all tier 1.5 weapons m3" sounds kinda lame :hunf:

Not only are Isida and Dictator 1.5, railer is too definitely.

 

So...

1.0 - Smoky, Firebird, Twins, Hunter, Titan, Wasp

1.5 - Isida, Railer, Dictator

2.0 - Richo, Freeze, Thunder, Viking, Mammoth, Hornet

2.5 (to be) - Shaft, ......

No its the tier 2 of rail so it should be 2.5, because, admit it, m0 rail is waaaaay better than m0 smoky, fire or twins. it would be unfair to put them together.

m0 smoky can beat m0 isida. M3 fire can beat m3 thunder (yes, I've done it before).

 

But this don't mean that fire is better than thunder or should be in the same tier, or that smoky is as good as isida.

 

No, railer should be in the tier above, at least, i consider it to be that. For a start, its price and specs are far closer to isida than twins, and at least 85% of ppl would prefer m3 rail to m3 twins/fire/smoky although only 60% would prefer m3 isida to m3 rail, or something like that. So rail should be a 1.5 wep.
