All my in-game friends were removed from my friendlist

Why did that happen? There were some guys whose names I can`t remember who i really want to keep in there,just in case,they ever ever come back...

Did someone access your account perhaps or everyone deleted you in case you didn't have much of friends like you don't like having too much so you just rarely accept people's requests.

I`ll be honest,that was very harsh of ya 

But no way everyone deleted me,some of the people were gone for years

Now that i think about it,someone did actually access my TO account several times,tried to change my pass but i didn`t let him,is that the cause really?

Furthermore,is it possible to revert it? Because I seriously don`t want to lose the people in my friendlist,even if they never log back

Unfortunately I don't have much info about reverting it so I can't say about that but to the best of my knowledge, it is not possible. Also my first point you seem to have misunderstood it but with the few friends I mean, you barely accept someone so for example if you accepted 3 players in your friend list and they all deleted you, it is quite possible since there weren't many of them in the first place. Also I would highly recommend you secure your account.

My account was actually broke into,most likely by a russian (same happened with my VK account,and the password changing emails from Tanki were in russian too)

I had over 30 in-game friends and some of them were very close to me,which clears the doubt that they all deleted me 

Also,I can`t change my password from in-game settings,because I have no password change button in settings (I checked thrice,I can`t change my password)

What else can I do?

Don't you or can't you see that option in your account? Go to settings, account and you will see a similar window.  Take a picture of whatever you have in there if there is no such window visible to you.

Yep, or make a Skype Group or something else and let your friends know what happened to you, there is no other way. Also keep your account safe and make sure you secure it very well, check he following link I gave you once in a while and keep changing your password. Best of luck my friend.
