Hello,

The Battle button almost always puts me in a battle by myself so I find it next to  useless.

Also, I wish there was a way to only join selected maps.

Also  I wish the battle filter buttons would work, I only play DM or TDM but I'm occasionally  joining CP games by mistake.

 

I must spend 30% of my time just searching through the servers,  very boring.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

If you press the “Battle” button and there isn’t an existing battle suitable for your rank, the system will automatically create a standard battle for you, and start sending other players your way.Which is why you are sent into some empty servers sometimes. 

 

Also there is a way for you to join only DM battles or whichever format you prefer and the ''Battle'' button won't take you anywhere other than DM. All you gotta do is to click on DM, don't highlight other battle formats such as CP or other ones you don't like and if you press or click on the battle button, it will only search DM battles for you.

The upcoming matchmaking system is exclusively based on solving this issue. Just wait till it's here. For now, try a populated server as it has chances of having atleast one battle for each mode.

 

Edit: Just realized you meant something else.
You actually can join any battle of your choice without pressing the big battle button. Just click on the desired battle and there would be a button on the bottom right of your browser screen "play"
For the particular modes, just select the mode icons from the bottom left of the battle list and you will only be shown the desired ones. On top of that, if you click on the "battle" button, it'll only lead you to battles with the modes you have selected.

Hi newrohan,

 

Maybe I have a slow connection although game play is OK, that's what I do, go from server to server, they all seem to have the same number of people (same white line). Before the server change I sort of knew where the "action" was, but no longer. Anyway, I guess that's the game for now.

you should classify servers in your mind

 

for your case, EU10 has most battles

also if you are playing near server restart time, you will barely find battles because about 5000 people only are online
