the situation you saw was sorted right away, the player got banned by chat moderator on the spot. Moderating team is doing their job so it really isn't necessary to report such issues, simply block anyone who bothers you in the future and you won't see them again.  

 

Only in cases when you see an extremely problematic player that causes an issue which disturbs players on the chat on a huge scale and repeats itself for a prolonged period of time, kindly report it privately to chat administrators via private message on the forum and it will be investigated. Thank you.
