Declined Allow Account Termination

I have an account on Master Corporal called smooch_unbeatable which was made by my brother for me before he discovered what "Smooch" meant! I would like to be able to delete this account, but I cannot. Here is how I think it should work:

 

In settings, there would be a "Terminate account" button. When clicking it, it would ask you to confirm. Then, if within 7 days there had been no logins to your account, it would be permenantly deleted. In the settings, you would also enter the name of your new account (if you had one). All crystals, supplies and Premium/Gold Boxes would be transferred to your new account. Premium would be transferred at 100%. Gold Boxes would be transferred at 100%, but only if you were on Warrant Officer 1 or above. Supplies and Crystals would be transferred depending on rank. For example, my smooch_unbeatable account would give an 100% transfer rate, as my rank is higher than or eaqual to its rank. A higher rank would give a different transfer rate. From a Generalissimo account, which is the 30th rank, I would recive 12/30 (my rank out of other account's rank) of all of their crystals and supplies. Any Legend rank would be considered rank 31, and you could not terminate an account below the rank of Corporal.

What you're suggesting is free name change, and we do not accept ideas for reducing items' prices. You can change an account's name for 100 000 crystals, or go through a more complicated process using account inactivity that will allow you to change it for free.

you need to pay 100.000 crystals to change nickname, but if you are inactive for some time you will become r_nickname0 and you can get free change

 

but looking at rank its only [rank'5'] so its just 50 days. meanwhile he can make another acc and play

Do you know how long the inactivity time is before the nickname is changed?

I might just stop playing on my alt acc to get the free change  ^_^

youre being slightly idiotic, posting that youre going to sell your account when its clearly against the rules, in a forum with all the games admins and mods who will most likely ban or block your account for attempted selling.

 

surely if you keep getting away with it, youd be clever enough by now not to openly post about it? or are you actually that naive?

Look, they will Ban sure or block but i will just change my IP and say my account was hacked/stolen. I have been doing this for years now, its no problem.

What you need to do is leave your account and after a certain amount of time passes (see table below), you register a new account with the nickname of your current, inactive account. The name should be available, and once you register it, your old account gets automatically renamed to r_nickname0. Once that happens, you send an email to tech support saying that you lost the nickname of your inactive account due to it being taken by another account, and they will rename your account to whatever available name you choose, for free.

 

If your account is linked to an email, then after the inactivity time you need to try to register a new acc with your current acc's name. You won't be able to do it, but you will receive an email telling you that someone is trying to take your name and you need to log in to prevent that. Ignore the email. After another week try to register the account name again and you should be able to do it. After that email tech support with the request.

 

 

The exact nickname availability times are as follows:

 

Note that if you bought anything on your account for real money, then the nickname availability time becomes 3 years, regardless of rank.

Some may call this an exploit, but I think it's perfectly fair, since to change the name of any account with a decent rank using this method, you need to wait over half a year, and that's provided that you never spent real money on it.

To be honest, I never extensively used or tested this system, so I know the theory, but don't know how well it actually works. Can't really help you there.

If a hacker gets onto your account, a lot of bad things can happen. But hackers shouldn't be able to get into accounts in the first place. You shouldn't criticise an idea based on a different problem that requires a separate solution.

Yes, it should never reach the point that a hacker gets possession of your account but pressuming they do, they can essentially "max out" your account. Generally, hackers just spend a bunch of random crap using your remaining crystals but this way, they can even transfer all your things to their account. However, I suppose his critique isn't necessarily a reason whether or not to proceed with the idea.
