I really don't understand why people are complaining about this event. It's the best event you could've ever expected for Halloween:

x10 golds

x3 battle funds

50% sales on everything

 

I think some people just want to complain, no matter how good the event is. I bet that if there were other modes available on the Halloween map, you'd complain about something else.

To be honest, the map is my only criticism. Everything else, the sales, the bundles, the missions is fine. It just bugs me why developers would make it only for DM.

I stopped having fun in halloween map, it is quite  boring because i see drugers everywhere in map and it is only DM mode and you can't make this map without drugs. Developers made it only non-pro DM to us use all our drugs and then buy supplies kit in shop :-((   But tnx for sales.

Nice sales....Junk Halloween map event though IMO.

 

DM is the exact opposite to why I play this game, which is to play in great team battles. It does not interest me and never will.

 

Have a couple of days of team mode battles on Halloween map like last year please.

This is the without doubt the 2015 Hallow map with the DM mode. And you are right only DM mode was build for this one.

If tankers want to play the other modes, dev would have to pull the 2016 Hallow maps with the parkour ramps and build for the 4  battles modes.

We could have the 2015/2017 map on the MM lobby and the 2016 for pro-battle. Just a suggestion. I'm not fan of DM either so you won't see me on the 2015/2017 Hallow map.

 

Plz add the 2016 Hallow map!.

The whole point of the $60 bundle is the paint, it is worth far more than 75000 crystals. 

To you it is.  To me it is something only a fool would buy. Maybe you shouldn't shill for TO's commercial offers. Or tell posters their opinions are "wrong".

 

Judging by the huge amount of (filled) Halloween DMs in the battle list, I'd say many players like the map. ;)

The poster did not say no one wold like the map. He said players at his rank  who play DM generally have m4 gear *and he does not.)

 

Obviously many Tanki player llike DM..

 

It should be equally obvious many Tanki players do not. I am one such player.  Do our opinions count too?  Tanki seems to say, "no".

Well that shows how often I play DM. I did not know the holiday map was in play today because I never look for DM games in the battle list.  So I just logged on to check that.  Yep,tons and tons of DM games and that is it.

 

What a farce.

 

So one of two things will happen.  

 

A] Players will NOT get bored out of their frriggin skulls playing DM game after DM game after DM game on the holiday map.  The holiday map will be filled all the days it is available.

 

If so this will suck the players out of all the other game. It will be hardrt for anyone who wants to play CTF, CP, or TDM to find a game, period. Much less find a even and competitive game.  For players who dislike DM, Tanki's "special event" is  "go find something else to do besides play our game." Oh joy. Oh such marketing genius!

 

B] Players WILL get bored of playing nothing but DM games on the same map.  After a day or two the novelty will wear off and the special "fun" holiday map will be underused.  The "special fun celebration: will mostly consist of, "look, there is a pumpkin on that bush".

 

As we see far too often Tanki makes decisions that defy logic and reason. SSDD.

Nives is the messenger. He can't say NO to TO, "no I'm not going to put this events because it"... it is not his job.

It's better to have an event than no event, so yes 100%. I was looking for awesome, but I can easily settle for "not too bad".

Thus I can still calmly feed back here, as this thread is about. It's only my opinion and I'm not addressing it to any tanker.

 

Currently it is difficult to hang with friend on the map and have a bit of fun, this is quite a sad situation compared to last year, where I stayed on the map and took some picture and drops gold with relatives and did some parkour... that gave a higher level of fun to the event.

The only thing which makes me HATE this year's Halloween is, why the hell would you make it only DM?

Most of the players enjoy teaming and capturing flags or capturing points, please add the 2016 CTF map too, this account that im in right now, its easy to get kills in DM mode but with high rank accounts it's hard, very hard the maps are filled with Druggers.

 

We can't even make a pro battle halloween map without druggs...
