Dodging doesn't stop the problem, it's like a school bully, if you let them continue doing whatever they do, they won't stop. Whereas if you throw back, get the aiming right and successfully give them a concussion, they won't be around anymore to throw anything, or do anything else for that matter. I'm kinda lost now... lol...

There's no mistakes that I need to learn from... You know what, I'm just repeating myself and have the same exact answer for everything you're posting but I'm just completely drained. Next year, just judge fairly... or if you want to change a rule, do it before players can no longer amend their entries, or give a further deadline, I understand how @darrrex is too drained to continue even though he probably had something much greater to argue for.

I do not see why are people complaining when judges used their common sense? That's not corruption, but what you are doing is whining. I agree your video was great and should of won, but if all the judges agreed that it has broke the rules, that should be clear. And if you disagree with the judges' decisions, you can PM them, and not make a huge personal thing out of it on forum. 

And Darrrex & Cube, I'm terribly sorry for expressing my thoughts on this matter or "getting involved", since I really thought it were needed. 

I don’t want to sound aggressive, but I find all this a bit childish.

OH Lankero your so empathetic please grow up and mind your own business!...Don't act like your all celebrating over there in TFP skype chat as someone has shared your childish affairs with me....You guys can keep winning with unfair judgment and think you accomplished something great while others know the truth behind whats really going on...So please go kiss up to more admins to get what you want but no one here needs to hear your opinion on it.

Not to worry Nikk you got exactly what you wanted with your entourage. I have closed Fight and Flight topic so you got what you always dreamed about. Maybe one day this game will be fair among all community's but the way it stands now they have a lot of work and the admins are a big source of the problem. If you can't even agree with the judgment of 4 different judges then what's the point in taking part in such competition.

I mean it's clear that you are blaming Nikk in having some special grudge since he is from TFP.

If you wait and think for a second,this doesn't even make sense.. he only holds 25% vote. What about the rest 75% ?

2 of the FnF team were in top 10, you would have been too if you were not disqualified.

One of the GTT didn't won and in my opinion their entry was one of the best.

They were too diqualified but instead of throwing tantrums.. they understood the reasons.

Nobody's is denying that your parkour is not good.

 

(Now everyone who lost will flood me  :ph34r:.. here's an advice. Message people in PM you want to talk regarding all this. Like Nives said this post should be left for constructive discussion for next year's MOP )

darrrex, remember this is just a game. I agree the decision was somewhat unfair, but just because of that you shouldn't act so immaturely. I don't want to see this angry and vicious side of you; I want to see your creative side and that you belong in FnF. Life is unfair, but you just have to move along and not waste it to childish arguments like this. We all have our rise and fall, it's just normal. Please reopen the topic, because it doesn't have to end this way. Many people want to look up to you as a great parkourist and not a maniac crying over a contest. I understand you spent a lot of time and effort on this, but it doesn't mean that one rejection can make it worthless. Just chill, and wait for the time to redeem yourself. Don't attack Nikk or anyone personally, because even though the decision was unfair, the whole blame can't be on the judges. Just because you didn't know that your teammate broke the rules doesn't mean that it isn't your fault; as leader of FnF, you were the one who let that member into the clan and/or accepted that. I hope you think about this logically before you continue to argue or make any other actions regarding the contest or clan. Remember, people are looking up to you, so you can't let them down or they might become a person that you feel Nikk or the judges are (not saying Nikk is the person you feel he is). -Hypocrisy

My team was not able to come in top 10 but I was really glad that we made in consolation.

 

 

 

 

 

I think there were many key points I missed but as a starters I want to ask that if I wanted to make the intro more soothing.. what changes I should have made ? :D (Like less Hue, less saturation.. or I should have used a background lens flare to make up for Sky.. the text should be 3D or the 2.5D I used looks better)

 

Any kind of suggestion would be helpful :)

Now if we watch from 0:33, we notice the debris just near the camera. Was it real or it was added during post graphic editing for it's subtle nature ?

I personally loved this one. The spec move was great and was in perfect position to capture this subtle stuff (if it's not a post graphic editing)

Careful of what you wish for because I know for a fact that you have a player that is just as guilty of the same violation as 2 of my team members were.

If that's the case then I'm more than happy to be disqualified :)

If our win was against the rules then feel free to report my team to the right authorities..

Who knows that you might be right and they missed my team.

But I'm not a guy who argues when my team gets disqualified on something decided by all the judges.

I've already started few conversations, if you have any input regarding those 2 video-editing questions then it would be really nice if you help in building that conversation :)

Or you just leave the school as I and some of my friends did. Life is much easier, because there are many other schools, but you can't get the well deserved from any other contests in this game.

It was a lovely one.. blended perfectly :)

I also noticed some small star swirl in the BG, those were nice too :D 

but was it Trapcode Particular or CC Particle World ? or not particle system.. instead a stock footage of debris (from Action Essential 2 I guess) ? 

My most probable assumption is that it's a Particle System since it was in a 3D Space but the same can also be achieved with a suitable stock footage with a 3-Point Camera track (Scale,Position,Rotation).

Both are ways to achieve but which one is more suitable and easier.. that's the main question.

That's why I wanted to know which one was in that video XD

Oh this is getting ridiculous. I don't mean to butt in but darrrex, your team is already an official EN parkour club. Isn't that ready great? TFP and FnF are the same level, but maybe TFP went a litte bit more creative ;) There is always a second chance.
