Quite frankly I'm disappointed.  The devs promised a ton of updates for 2017 and I was looking forward to some real game-changers.  Looks like everything's behind schedule.

Me too. But I'm pretty sure they didn't expect to have to do HTML5 at all, and didn't expect to spend so much time on MM.

Seriously, what you really need to know to get back on your tracks:

 

2 New turrets: Striker and Magnum (if you have not noticed them yet). Striker is not popular, while Magnum is OP and popular. Oh yes, Isida is OP too and is not a vampire anymore.

 

Overdrive: the little white start ★ on top of tanks. You can activate it with Shift key. Still this feature is not finished as more overdrives will come.

 

Separation of paints into paints and protective modules: you can by them separately and protection has Mastery level like hull and turets (M0, M1 ,...) and can go up to 50%. You can buy with crystal some special and Holiday paints and keep them for ever in your garage.

 

Changes in lobby and battle creation mechanisms: On going process, not finished yet. You can join random battle or use the unified battles list with normal battle and pro-battle (you still need the pro pass for the latter). This should evolve onto the Matchmaking system where only Pro-battle could be join via the list, and all normal battle will be only joined randomly.

 

All the rest is for buyer or not finished or of little interest (e.g. you can change your nick for 18$).

Basically, a lot has changed, but most importantly, Happy Dragons was founded and made it out of Newcomers :P
