Yeah I get it, tanki needs to make money I totally understand that and I'm 99.99% sure that this will be declined. But, to all the players grinding for like 4 hours straight gets their hopes crushed without getting anything back. 

 

So, I'm going to propose a solution to make everyone happy:

 

For every 10 COMPLETE containers caught we get 3000 crystals back.

For every 1 extra container you get 10 of each supply

We can keep 2 paints we caught.

 

OR if you don't want to give anything back:

 

We get to keep one special paint we caught.

Not because they are greedy. The players should have never gotten those items in the first place.

That was a bug, Everyone lost all the items..BUT you got a day premium if u played during the gold bug.

Hi, as a "pay to win" player of this game I stayed up till 3am for the black friday event. When it finally dropped I bought some containers and the new paint. After I equipped my new paint i wanted to do a quick battle to see how it looks in battle. Right after I joined the battle a non stop goldbox sound was going on and goldboxes where dropping everywhere and every second. I thought this was intended and it was meant to be a part of the black friday chaos you often see in stores in America. So I did what every player would do and stayed in and collect those boxes. I was playing till 5am when the servers shut down. By this time I collected over 150 containers and opened a few already. After I was able to log on in tanki again later today I saw that everything was gone, my crystals, my paints, and my goldbox drops. I grinded this "glitch/event" for 2 hours in the morning and this is what I get? I am really disappointed in this and I hope you have something to compensate this.

The chance for the Black Box to drop is the same as the Gold Box now. 

 

Yesterday I Played in Esports Maps like 5 times and in all of them gold dropped + that was only in 2 hours

Today im playing for 5 hours and what i see just 1 gold and i tried all the maps 

Esport ones , Polygon , Arena and even in 20k fund there was no gold 

u cant just say the gold drop rate is not 1x its 0.5 .

this holiday would be btr if there was 5x golds for just 1 hour and after it all would end.

The extreme box-dropping was due to a glitch. All containers caught and rewards gained from that were removed, and players were rewards with a day of premium for compensation.

 

my 25 container pack didn't give me a single paint.

As far as I know, those players will not receive premium, only the ones that entered the game the first few hours after the server update. The best I can do for you is forward your concern.

Interesting. And here I thought we would get compensation for something you guys messed up. Had we known that it was a mistake we wouldn't gone racing to grab boxes that would eventually get removed because the Devs failed to look things over properly. You should have let us keep at least one item of each category in the boxes.

Can people that exploit the glitch stop whining? It is not yours to begin with.

 

In fact, tankionline have gave many chances despite the glitch.

 

First time: 2012 - Daily gifts given for 1 hour just by refreshing and entering the game. (Rewards kept by players, but warning lettet by TO to stop and report if such happen in the future.)

 

Second time: year unknown, but it was another gold glitch, but 1000 crystals. Still, some players still managed to keep the crystals and once again TO team urge people NOT TO exploit the glitch, and report it immediately.

 

Today: 2 previous warnings given, yet these players still do the same, exploit the glitch...

 

I was affected by this as well, but instead of exploiting, i left the battle and reported this issue.

 

I dont see the point why players are complaining about hours and supply spent to exploit a glitch and demand compensation... Losing your hours and supplies spend would act as a punishment for you to not exploit bugs in the future.

 

Instead of compensating these dishonest players, perhaps, tankionline should give 10 black containers to those who did not take advantage of the bug and report immediately. (So that next time players would be honest thinking theres reward)

Like what this forum already stated, "Black box drop rates remains as per normal". There is something wrong if a box drop every 1 second, and thats not a usual basis. Clearly, its a infinite loop of boxes.

You did something wrong first by displaying dishonesty and taking advantage of the bug and you demanded compensation for that? Its like someone that had commited a crime but demand not to be caught.

 

BTW thanks to you guys, honest players cannot play for 5 hours, and caused some players to lose their mission chains. Shouldnt you guys compensate these honest people first?

There was a glitch in the system where black boxes were falling at a much higher rate than intended. Items obtained from those caught containers were removed. Now if you bought containers and lost the items they contained, you can contact the help desk to ask for a return.

 

Since it was never supposed to happen, items obtained through the black boxes won't be returned. As compensation for your spent time and effort, you received one day of premium. I hope you at least get to enjoy your premium.

We should get x3 gold drop in halloween but, server was not supporting. In fact all players were waiting for that current day, so, still that fault is your's.

Imo I think it was right that they took away the boxes. If they didn't we'd see hundreds of people with legendary paints all because they were on the game at the right momment. I feel bad for the people who lost their missions chains

Solutions for us that didn't catch any container:

 

Stop playing with you account until the newly created accounts reach your account level.

 

Create a new account to avoid all the players that caught containers.

 

Play slow, one mission a day.

 

When your new account reaches the rank of your old account you know you can play the old account again.

Solution is to punish those who did not luck out, and were offline during the glitch?  That's not a solution.

 

This is a game where you need to work for the rewards. Fighting for that one gold box that drops during a battle is work.

Grabbing pennies from heaven is not work.  Thus all those "pennies" should be removed.

 

If a bank accidentally deposits 100k into your account, do you really think you'd get to keep it once they notice it?  Same thing.

 

You think it's balanced that a W01 has 469 gold boxes?  469k crystals?

That lucky Wo1 will buy whatever they want and dominate to point of ridiculousness.
