And as long as you don't keep the video private, otherwise no one will be able to see or judge the video of course.

I dont think so, most of the videos will be unlisted probably till they announce the winners so others won't copy.You should try search on youtube 'Tanki Online 15 seconds till the new year', maybe some videos are public.

Copyright is the right to make copies of the creative work of an individual. A copy right can be obtained from a particular county's National Intellectual property office or department. This prohibits anyone from making copies or  using any part of tanki online's vlog Since it has been copyrighted. I dont know what tanki onlines policy on copyrighted content is, but usually people can use a music video for 25 years, if its under a copyright.

 

So basically, everything in the v-log is a part of tanki online's copyright policy.,
