really.. nothing against Artcore and I deal with him in tanki x .. but he is a paid employee in the company and yea he has to set a good example to others so he wont loose his job.. why should he be allowed and the rest of the tanki x team not added into the list.. not only that most players here are mainly only here to play a game we don't care to set a good example,  when in the end we get nothing in return.. not all have good reports with Tanki staff or even want to be friends with them . don't get me wrong we do respect them and there job . which is the bottom line Its a job / voluntary positions which get paid in crystals and special paints..

You completely misunderstood 's post. 'Artcore' is the nickname of Tanki X EN community manager, while  is just a normal player in TO who's been recognized for his contribution on the Help site.

I have not misunderstood what was said.what basically is he is a paid employee ... and he wants to help get tanki up to date .so when the forum changes to the new program  which is the same one in Tanki X. so  its easier for staff to understand and work with.. any player could help but in the end like I said our help is seldom noticed by staff.. been here 4 years and have helped many a times but have a bad report  with staff. but the impression I get from staff now... is players are to be seen and not allowed to  speak whats on there minds ..

is a different person than the community manager in TX, it's a coincidence that they have the same nickname.

As far as speaking one's mind goes, everyone can do so as long as it follows the rules. Criticism is allowed too, as long as it's constructive. Both @ThirdOnion and @wolverine848, for example, regularly give constructive criticism when new updates roll out. That's the kind of feedback that helps improve the game.

constructive criticism I understand

but when player such as myself and others who have helped in open chat and in forum never get recognized for all there help over the years , it leaves a bad taste among us... just cause he has been on good terms with staff don't mean others also aren't .

Ninja -  Ninja is youngest forum team member, but that doesn’t make him any less responsible. His eagerness to help the community is impressive. Apart from keeping the forum a fun and friendly place, he is one of the masterminds behind some of the toughest questions in the Tanki Thinking Challenge. On top of that, he takes care of showing forum moderator candidates the ropes.

*cough*.

really, Marc makes tough than him. From my side but he did his best.

Lol, another "constructive" post from you. Some of you posts an PM are definitely on the accusatory side. You also need to review the articles about what it takes to be an helper so you can improve and get the helper mindset. Edited by Viking4s

Bylord is already a great helper. Accusing doesn't mean she's a bad helper, I don't wanna bring that PM again back up when you were helper but you were still a great helper. Of course, there is room for approvement, but I do think she doesn't get enough credit. She does give constructive comments, but she is like most of us. We are all human, we control ourselves.

You can't pick and see the only part you like, the judgement is overall and it should not be an average of the good and the bad deeds. Most of all, recognition is not seek by helpers, this is where your fail to understand the mindset of an helper. This is also why not everybody can be one, read the article, introspect and set good resolutions. I can see you are thinking of spamming less this year! Good idea, I'm 100% behind you on that one.

The Administration is very much interested in the feedback and general atmosphere among players and does notice their help and enthusiasm for this community and this game, for which we gladly show our appreciation. We do encourage constructive criticism, done in a polite way and displaying proper arguments since it's best way for us to understand players, their ideas and views. However, questionable and borderline provocative behaviour towards players and helpers isn't something we can stand behind nor praise.

Also, any kind of nepotism and favouritism is strictly forbidden among staff so no one can be on good or bad terms with any of us, we don't take sides ;)

There is no "special treatment". We only motivate and encourage both players and helpers to do their best for the community and leave their mark in the best possible way.

Reporter team changed a lot during 2017 and some criteria simply weren't fulfilled. It doesn't mean their work is not recognized nor appreciated, various current and past members of that team have been awarded throughout the year for their accomplishments, check here
