Move my account to english spoken members

Hi there

 

More than a year ago it seems that my account was moved to a Russian server (or something similar). When other players write me a comment I do not understand them, so I must tell them to write in English.

 

There is some way to request that my account be moved to a server where the players speak in English. I will be very grateful. :-)

That's for battles. I think he means that his lobby chat is Russian. This is possible if, for example, you're using Flash player and at the end of the link instead of tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en  you have tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=ru Pretty sure the first "en" determines the interface language and the second "en" determines the community, so having "ru" there would make the chat Russian, while the rest of the interface remains English.

We don't know if he's talking about the lobby chat or the battle chat, or maybe even both (if so, here's the answer).

Is weird. I login to the web game (Flash) using this url:

Many of the chatters at the left box on the list of games (the lobby) chat in english but in the battles usually chat in russian. Just a bit of gamers chat in english.

 

After read what ControlledChaos say, I try this url:

And the game move me again to:

I open a game and play and this was the url:

If you use the client software....Is the screen that you see when you first start Tanki showing Russian flag in the top-Right hand side of the screen?

 

If, yes....click on the triangle next to the flag and pick the flag of United Kingdom if you want English Language.

 

No idea if this is your problem, but when I enter game with Russian flag showing, lobby chat is in Russian language.

 

EDIT...just saw the post above....I doubt this is the problem then.

its normal. at battles everyone is russian because english people are

1) see no one understands

2) pretend to be russian and write MNP gold bill or other pathetic replacements

3) google translate

ohhhh... ahahaha i understand now.

okay here's what happened; a few months ago all servers were merged. most of the weak players who had been hiding on EN servers had no more place to hide, day 1 of server merging chats in battles were still mostly in english... they were filled with EN players crying as russians beat the crap out of them.

lots of EN players had to quit the game so now it's mostly just russians who remain here.

The english servers you once played in? they no longer exist.

Wth? The amount of non-sense and made up facts you post is mind-boggling. Giving bad advice on every topic, consider yourself and your friends the kings of the battlefield, keep on insisting the impossible and trying to prove your authority in the forum? Now this? This never happened, after this update weak players from both communities suffered as they could not run-off to isolated servers anymore and the winners were strong players from both communities.

Yes, weak players from both communities... most of these weak players were from EN.

 

Look at the server merging announcement in archives in this forum and compare them to the one in RU...

 

 

Here it was full of people crying about how they got smahed by russians... While in the RU one everyone was talking about how fun it was to beat up all the EN noobs..

Uh . . . pretty sure neither of these things happened.

In the forums here most of them said things like"rusaians drug too muh" but we all know that for players that rank where everyone drugs it's just crybabies who can't win.

 

Now don't even try and act like you know anything that goes/went on in the RU forums... You think i can't tell when you always use google translate to pretend to be a russian expert in the english russian dictionary? You don't even go to RU forums..

 

It's written that you joined RU forum a good few months after server merging..

Apparently this post became a hate forum for the EN-RU.

 

I just want my account to be moved in some way along with players who speak English to understand them in battle. That is all.

If that is true then clearly you are just pretending to be French when in reality you use Google Translate.  ;)

yah whatever makes you happy. it's not like i gain anything from pretending; or that i lose anything if i'm not french.

 

 

Anyway, I went and did just that. The majority of posts fell into these three categories:

• Complaints that TO is dying
• Arguing with moderators
• Stuff about paints

In fact, the overall sentiment on server merging was that Tanki is losing players so they are merging servers. There were only a handful of posts that were talking about EN players, and most of them were complaints that there will be communication issues. 99% of the posts were against server merging, just like EN. Out of 568 replies, only one person wrote about "crushing EU players," and that was this guy. 

now i don't have time to check every single post there but are you sure he was the only one? explain this:  on page 21.

and this, complaing about drugs at their rank is clearly just crying. a legend who drugs a lot himself and plays in legend battles with everyone drugging thinks russians drug more than he does? bs.. anyway both complainers have quit the game.
