Using promo code

Even though I log in regularly, I'm getting mails from Tanki every 7 days with a promo code because (it says), I haven't logged in. When entering the promo, (copy / paste) it's says the code is wrong.

 

The only place I can find to enter a code, is via the Shop menu, and then select "others".

 

Where is this going wrong?

That is someone hacker who send this as fake gmail account of tanki online. 

I suggest you to block him. even I received 3-4 gifts they are saying me too link this email and you will get 9999 crystals etc ...

It is indeed most likely a scammer. Could you post a screenshot of the email and the address of the person sending it to confirm?

That would make sense. I have also received Tanki X promo codes for inactivity.
