I would guess not enough testing under a proper, multiple thousands of players load for the event site.

 

It's hard to replicate it during developement, but basic features of the event not working is inexcusable.

 

Developers and web engineers are already working on major problems, I'm waiting for the fix with you.

1. you dont really need to wear the paint while you are doing your kills, but u really need to buy one of the factional paints., to confirm your participation on which group, 

e.g i bought EN paint , and i am in EN group , and i can use any other paints thats suits me while i am doing my kills in battles

 

2. am not sure , but i think kills will be still counted , when u successfully voted the attacking maps and defending maps

1. You do not have to wear it. You only need to purchase it.

2. Yes, they should be counted even if the site itself is not working. Just like with Crazy Weekend, kills are counted even if the site is unavailable.

Really? I made 208 kills 3 hours ago. But till now, it still have not show me that i had cleared 200 kills... So, i actually went back to do 100 more kills 2 hours ago. It showed the same thing. I didnt wear the paint to do those kills because a couple of mods said its completely fine to do kills without paints.

the thing is that am still not sure if my kill are going tobe counted , 

i am just waiting for web to confirms me how much kills have i done, i made 208kills and some kills that i've sefdistruct that i havnt accounted for.
