ACCOUNT STOLEN

So apparently, I helped my friend to retrieve his loss account : B_O_N_I_THE_FIRST.

I helped him to send in an application for a hope of account return.

They denied the attempt due to incorrect provided information.

Any moderators or People who can help me and my friend out in this case.

Note: The account had been stolen and kept activated by the stealer.

If you did not have an email linked, and the info you provided to support was incorrect, I think your done for. Sorry mate.

Your freind has to contact the Help Desk himself, tell him to use the info here: https://help.tankionline.com/knowledge-bases/7/articles/2358-what-to-do-if-my-account-has-been-stolen
 
If the information he provides is incorrect they won't return the account. So if he cannot remember the info, he won't get the account back unfortunately.
 
Moderators, helpers or administrators can not help with stolen accounts. Only the Help Desk has the necessary tools and permissions.
