Make it possible to view your account activity

In the settings page, it should be possible to see when you were active, along with the location of the use. This should be helpful for people who think someone else may be using their account, but don't have any way of finding out. I know that changing your password is the correct thing to do, but it doesn't always work, and this should be a way of finding out if there is another user, and maybe work it out from the location of the usage.

That means that the other user can find out where you live

That is rather a flaw, I suppose. Do you have any idea how to make it better?

View IP addresses instead? A serious hacker could get hold of them anyway.

Actually that was my real intention, similar to Gmail- Country, IP address, time.

Actually, a serious hacker can use your IP address to locate you. It's quite easy as the IP address narrows it down to the house. Necessary for the servers to send the info to you. It was done in videos of busting tech support scammers. So IP addresses are not safe either.

But it should be possible to see where the logins are- especially if you log in all sorts of times to check things.

Just how safe are the accounts as long as you never gave a password? Apparently there is a password bypass hack in progress. I hope the developers are looking into this other than making paints "shimmer" and playing with their new Juggernaut toy.

Sometimes even without a weak password you can be hacked into- it happened to me recently, hence the posting of this topic. I tried contacting Help, but they were about as helpful as the email saying someone tried to change your password.

But, a serious hacker can get your IP address anyway, so if they want it so much, they can find out where you live without this system.

Why even bother having IP addresses or GPS, it's not like you're going to go half across the world to find the hacker.

No, but if you have a friend you maybe told a password to once, because that is very possible, then you will have an idea of whether it was that person.

if a hacker can get into your account then he'll definately already know where you live.

Couldn't the hacker just disable the option when he/she hacks in?

It isn't possible to disable it I would hope, that would defeat the purpose.
