The idea is fairly simple: create a status page for the game and its components, and post all previous complications, server restarts etc in that page.

 

Example: Fortnite Status Page, PSN Status Page, GitHub Status Page

 

Explain why you made changes, restarts etc. in a separate post, so people understand that you're not just "doing it", but that there's a reason behind it (instead of just talking quickly going over it in livestreams and video blogs). List technical reasons why something happened, list possible causes and plans for the future. I believe that having this kind of transparency between a game's developer team and players is something that should be striven for because it not only creates trust between the two but also makes situations and happenings more understandable and clear of confusion.
