Your nickname, TO_King, is currently safe 220 days after the last login on your Colonel rank or if you've made any Shop purchases - 3 years from your last purchase. Being relatively low-ranked and inactive shouldn't give you the feature, matterless if you've had 5 years of time to rank yourself to Legend and didn't. Per this idea - no, you wouldn't get a permanent name.

Yes, I do agree that Legend players should own respect by having their nicknames protected. That means if a Legend player does not play for many years, than when coming back he does not need to change his nickname. The untouchable nickname at Legend must be permanent.
