I didn't play TankiX during or after it's Spring release and I followed the steps after uninstalling my months old TankiX software. Maybe that's why I got Promo Codes.

wow... I opened my 15 containers (10 from this and 5 from crazy wknd) and 13 of them contained supplies (either 100 of a supply, 125 RK, or 100 of all supplies). the other 2 were 3 days of premium and fracture paint.. gg..

I know i did all steps right cause i got it for 1 of them i created (the 2nd one) but i didnt get it for the others i created, how is that possible.... tanki should just stop being so extra if they cant even do things right. Like its not that hard! in every players profile is a battle log that shows how many battles they did... i did 5 in each and i double checked it. Tanki stop being so useless if your ganna do an event do it right or dont do it simple. Even monkey`s can understand that hope you can as well.

Probably players who didn`t recieve code are played TankiX before 12 July or didn`t confirm email when start doing games in TankiX. Or just deleted email with code by accident. I`m not sure if you have hard anti-spam filter, can delete your emails even without you understand?

It is July 27 and I still have not received my 10 free containers. I joined TankiX and ranked several times and even pulled down 3 gold boxes! Where is the Promo Code? Where does it appear and how do you apply it? I understand some have received it, but I have not yet. A bit disappointed but I think the original announcement said you might have to wait until July 31st. Is that correct??

Check your spam folder, if it's not there just wait until august. If you still don't have it, email them.

The promocode can only be used only once both in your TankiOnline and TankiX account.
