So, in response to all the players who on this forum have complained that they didn't get their promocodes:

 

After I tried, but failed, to correctly follow the steps to get the prize promised for this event, I excitedly opened my computer up, and read the news that the promocodes had been sent, from dear . But instead of being informed that I had gotten the prize, I was shocked to read the news that the promocodes had been sent, and wondered, "Why didn't I also receive my prize?!" I only learned the truth later, when I saw that there was the e-mail confirmation from Tanki X that I was supposed to click, but I had failed to press the button in the e-mail. Well, that happened to me, and I must admit it was not Tanki's problem, and neither is it Tanki's fault for the others who made the same mistake as me. Finally, I'm completely sure that this is what happened to the other players who didn't get their promocodes - that they forgot to confirm their e-mail addresses per the instructions, as I had forgotten. And no, Tanki does not benefit from intentionally not giving the promocodes, because they made the event to help the players have fun.

On ALL 18 accounts i did EXACTLY SAME STEPS

 

1) Confirm email WHILE GAME LOADS

2) Do ALL USELESS TUTORIALS

3) Play EXACTLY 5 battles

4) When i see the offer for real money it means i did 5 battles and its time to log out

 

yet i received only 4 codes for doing all damn same steps without any difference

this is not bloody correct,the people who had made many accounts are mostly getting promocodes atleast on their 2-3 accounts,whereas guys like me have completed the event on july 14 with fulfilling all the requirements required for the event and still we haven't got the promocodes .

If you didn't get promocode, there can be different reasons:

 

1) they are in Spam folder of your email account, you should check it

2) if they are not there, you probably did not complete all the necessary steps for the event

3) if you have any other questions/problems, please send them to support of TX - help@tankix.com

 

I am 100% sure i was following all the steps correctly and i checked my spam folder, NO PROMO CODE ! 

And i am pretty sure if i mail help@tankix.com , they will say me the same things :(

Nope, i confirmed my email. And i read the announcement twice and was following the steps which were mentioned.

But reality is - I don't get any PROMO CODE :)

I saw that there was the e-mail confirmation from Tanki X that I was supposed to click, but I had failed to press the button in the e-mail.

Well, I know that I absolutely confirmed my e-mail address linked to my new Tanki X account.  I even recorded myself doing the confirmation and receiving Tanki X's 500 crystal confirmation bonus as a result.  

 

Edit: Of course, I also fulfilled the other requirements yet I received no promo code.  Not in my inbox.  Not in my spam folder.

A number of requirements were set for this event, which were repeated several times throughout the topic. If some of them weren't met, you are simply not eligible for promo codes.
