It is not a delay. Face the fact.  For anyone who had not eared 5 starts all they had earned were simply erased during the reboot. Some player even had more than 5 starts and those are gone  They are gone.  TO made them go away. The players are hosed.

 

How do I know?

 

My account SW had 4 stars earned before the server reset. Aferwards it has zero. I earned stars and I checked the web site. The account never was given credit for 5 starts.  Until that is, I earned star #5 AFTER the reboot. I went to the war site. W/in 20 seconds of ending my game the war site had credited me with 5 stars.

 

So the updates are quick. Do not tell players it is all just a delay and everything will be ok. They ar  not OK.  SW has earned 9 stars but TO remembers only 5 of them.  Pure crap.

 

The game is broken. They pushed our out crap software on us.

look, i've earned 6 stars before the server update, but then it was reduced to 0, the war site still shows 6 stars, after i earned 9 more stars, which took more than an hour, the war site showed 9 stars, but i earned 15 in total, so i think that the war site just showed 6 stars, but in reality it's been erased too. tanki, your glitches and bugs are getting out of control, and if i don't see 5 containers tomorrow...

Hey devs!

 

I'm just noticed that the Easy Stars pass which I bought yesterday is not working anymore as am not receiving double the amount of stars from the battles I play. Could you please look into the issue? If this problem has already be reported, I apologize for posting this.

If the first turn is still going on why are my stars not being counted  on the war site

Stars are no more being counted in the war site. Also my stars earned previous to the server update is being shown in the war site and 0 stars shown in the client. Any more stars I earn are counted in the client from start but they are not added on the war site. I really like this war?!!!!!

You will begin each turn with 0 stars, and as soon as you earn 5 stars (this is the minimal number of stars to participate in a turn), all new stars that you earn after confirming your vote for the next turn on the War site will be added to faction progress in the ongoing battles for chosen territories.

Prizes for the stars earned and the bonus territories captured will be given out automatically once a day at the end of each turn -- between 06:55 UTC and 7:05 UTC on that day.

 

 

 

 

I don't think Turn 1 is over yet.  I believe Turn 1 ends at 07:00 UTC, which is 1-2 hours away, and yet people are saying that they lost their earned stars already.  Please Tanki: this better not be another technical difficulty.

You guys should have coordinated the time of war turns with server restart. It would be much easier that way IMO

My 32 stars are gone along with Easy Star Pass which I purchased for myself and my boy.

 

It happened after server reboot apparently. How you can fix as soon as possible, we have limited time to play and want to be able to get value out of the easy we paid for.

Oh okay seriously. I had 132 stars, I just logged in and started playing battles. I lost all of my stars and lost my position in the TOP 10 on the lions faction. Please fix this as this is what the site is now indicating.
