You need to purchase the  “Tanki in Krasnodar” kit then a special crystal fund will be increased by 20,000 crystals, and with every 500,000 crystals in the prize pool the number of winners will be increased by 1. On September 13th, after the tankers meetup, they will run a giveaway for all who bought the kit, and somebody among the tankers can become a real crystallionaire!

This basically is a patreon package to support the game, but in a very different way. Instead of receiving lots of little gifts over a long period of time, you receive a big bonus and possibly an even bigger bonus (if you're lucky enough to win the 500 000 crystals) over a short period of time. 

 

There is no requirement to buy the package, so if you don't wish to, you don't have to.

wow how many times I have heard this over the years . do you  know for sure who is or not . no one knows other then tanki head office . they have a record on buying items . and they wont tell anyone unless you have permission to see there books.. yes players have mentioned they would like to see the books over the past years . but due to privacy act in there country were not allowed as of yet . until the changes happen we only could  guess on who is and who is not a buyer ..

To be honest drones are like a tank at 101% power

 

Firebird is just too damn good and it is my main turret on all accounts so spraying a bit and waiting few seconds makes drones completely useless.
