Can I suggest somthing..?

 

It's just that if the winners are PMed in forum as a notification that you have been rewarded crystals... (mentioning the prize)
Or if via some mechanism, the game shows a notification that crystals added... it would b so helpful :)

Unfortunately, I doubt we can get a notification in-game about the delivery of the prize as that's something that would probably had to go through the development. Also sending PMs to every single winner is kinda time consuming since each issue there are dozens of winners.

 

But if there is any doubt, anyone can contact me in a PM and ask if the prize was delivered in case they did not see any crystal gain on their account in couple of days after the publishing.

Can you tell the exact date , when the crystals were tranferred... or at least the range of 1-2 days during which it happened?

Hey, the crystals have been delivered last Saturday if my memory serves me right.

This should tell you the exact date. Last Saturday was 3rd November. Usually, the crystals are delivered the next Monday after the publishing date. This time we managed to sent them sooner because the sales were on, but it's exception rather than the rule.

Besides, I cannot always guarantee the date because I have no power over the delivery of the crystals on accounts.
