Green and blue screens

Why is the green-and-blue image fill up during the game? This is done after several computers and not just one. Did I change the pieces to more computers and so is it?

 

I do not understand how foolish the programmers can be to make such an image or leave such a flaw in their work.

Have you turned on/off hardware acceleration on all of the computers? Don't submit a bug report without checking all of the possible solutions. <_<
