It's been only a few hours dude, give them time. And I think that the best thing to do would be to contact Tanki Support. They always answer very quickly and they are the one that can solve your issue.

As @a7x_Pedro48 said, the best thing you can do is to contact the technical support. Only they can help you with such issues.

Seems like they're thinking you are talking about the daily bonus you get after the server restart when you have premium account. I explain to them you're talking about the stars (that you should have received 6 instead of 3) at the end of the battle and show them the screenshot that you posted here (if you didn't do that already).

By the way, is it possible that your premium expired just before the battle ended?

i sent them the same screenshot i posted here earlier, nope yesterday i got 3 days of premium from a container. 

 

UPDATE -- it's working now, i had to write them paragraph to make them understand the problem. thanks all!

Battle pass or not, it is a ridiculous fight most of the time. With this rank of major I am facing marshalls in battle. really boring. and hard to get above 90 points too. And no star for a battle is the same result with a battle pass. And I am personally not very fond off the all paints. I do like a fair battle which so far mm system cannot produce most of the time.

This is mostly due to the challenges event. Without it, it should happen a bit less frequently. But it still doesn't mean that the rank brackets shouldn't be fixed.

Please note that the battle pass increases rewards for completing challenge levels.

and the premium account will double the stars you earn in battle

 

that means you need the " Premium account " to double the starts you earn
