Nope. But they may use Google Translate and you may get banned. What you wrote means "Russian fools".

 

Ya know, in the Chinese server, almost all the tankers there are Chinese. You have to be lucky to find a bilingual Chinese tanker though.

Since Tanki had a lot of players in the past so they needed individual servers to hold them (Like RU EN DU etc) now since they have very low amount of players so they combined them in one server.

Nobody is forcing you to understand Russian.
