Tank Status symbols and percentages when pressing 'V' or 'R'

Pressing 'V' or 'R' allows to see symbols and percentages and Gear Score.  Does anyone know where you can find a complete list of the symbols and what the percentages mean?  Can you tell is someone has protection shields and of what kind? Thank you, Singapore.

1. The icon of the alteration that the player is using.

2. The icon(s) of the turret(s) that the player's module provides a protection against.

    2.1. The percentage of protection that the player has against a certain turret.

3. The player's Gear Score (GS).

4. An indication icon which indicates that the player's module provides a protection against your turret (and its protection percentage).
