Declined containers are getting soo bad

i spent a lot of time collecting containers in a week and it was good because we used to get 6 containers and the odds of getting something good was really nice too but this new update messed up everything we only get 1 container per mission or 3 per week there is no more fun doin all the hard work get only 3 container and get something completely unwanted i have 840 of speed booster like i dont even use it and there i get an extra 125 of them like whyy

i am really upset about this at least make it 6 containers or give it a better odds i am really tired to doin all this work only for 3 containers and getting really unwanted things. can you plzzz do something about this it is really disappointing all the hard work and waste .plz do something about this . thank you for reading

Don't worry though, because as you advance through the ranks, you will be getting higher and higher rewards from weekly containers, so at the highest ranks on average you'll actually be getting more supplies and crystals from the weekly containers than you would from the normal containers.

Yeah, but the difficulty increases. Increased difficulty without better rewards, I don't understand.
