It starts on the first of April at 02:00 UTC. But you need to buy the Arbiter paint within the next 3 followings days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then the war start on Monday - the day you will be assigned randomly to one of the 3 factions.

LOOOL you're crazy Tanki, how can you expect your playerbase to have absolutely zero regard for their own real lives/health. You have to be really disgusting to earn that amount of stars in a month.

 

Okaaaayyyy, let's put it into perspective. We're going to say an average of 6.5 minutes per battle as not all take 7 minutes to be completed.

 

Scenario 1) You've got Premium and you're so good you come first in every battle: 3500/6 = 583 (583 wins to achieve the goal). 583 x 6.5 = 3790 minutes which is 63 hours. That's still 2 and a half days of playing, non stop. If you want to play some every day, you have to play at least 2 hours per day (!) to get 3.5k stars. Pretty ridiculous.

 

Scenario 2) You're a F2P and you earn 2.5 stars per battle: 3500/2.5*6.5 = 9100. That's 152 hours, and if there is 744 hours in an average month, then you can expect to be in battle (on Tanki) for about 1/5 of the entire month.

 

Crazy. What self-respecting person would do this to themselves? ._.

The qualifying conditions now are just stupid.

 

These WARs now just double-down on the Challenges, which are already not for casual players.

Incorrect.  They are Tiers.  reach the tier on winning team - it does not matter what the average is.

 

Casual players are not counting on much from Challenges.  Like I said - it's just doubling-down on what you accomplish on the Challenges - IF you happen to be on winning team.

 

First two Wars you could participate even if you were not a buyer or a no-lifer.

I don't think so, the way it was explained in the v-log was:

1. you  need to be in the wining faction (faction with the maximum stars accumulated)
2. have earned stars within one of the 3 tiers (+800, + 1750 & + 3500). Each tiers will give you different rewards.

Furthermore the Russian announcement is like this (once translated):

Participants in the winning team who have scored at least 800 stars in the competition will receive prizes.

I think 3.5k in 1 month is okay... remeber the time we had to get 700 stars in 6 days for fall leaves or 900 stars in 6 days for firebird DC? and at that time battles lasted even longer

Expanding it to a month with ~ requirement is much harder.

 

It's like a person can sprint at a certain speed for a certain distance.  They can't maintain that same speed over 4x the distance...

waste of time and crystals to do

 

seeing you need to buy a paint for 5 k in crystals which you don't get to keep

 

need a premium pass to earn double stars ( also if you wanted to buy the star pass to get the bonus stars as well )

 

over 1500 battery's / drugs and time

 

just not worth it .. if you have to work on more then one account to get the rewards ..

 

for that I' m not wasting any more $$ ... will enjoy the April-Fools sale and waiting for Tanki's 10th Birthday event ( hope this year its worth having one )..
